First impression was a "smell" as they were painting the lounge, so this smell of paint was lingering all day. Then the front desk staff could not locate our reservation- we had hotel voucher, and this guy wanted to charge us again. Nice, lots of room, we were on the 8th floor so could not hear any of the clubs, but the place was jumping on Friday night. Good gym, and food in the Western was great, but the rap music was not appropriate. Had a good stay, Friendly helpful staff. more

The room is good and is Ok for a four start hotel. The bath room is a 3 star bathroom. The problem is that you could here the music despite the fact that my root was on the fourth floor.
