The hotel was nice and prestigious (especially for a Best Western). The rate included a breakfast buffet. The staff was very nice and spoke English better than most of us. Used the dry cleaning service and room service several times. Everything was done perfectly and promptly. Great view of the water - if your in the right side. more

First impression was a "smell" as they were painting the lounge, so this smell of paint was lingering all day. Then the front desk staff could not locate our reservation- we had hotel voucher, and this guy wanted to charge us again. Nice, lots of room, we were on the 8th floor so could not hear any of the clubs, but the place was jumping on Friday night. Good gym, and food in the Western was great, but the rap music was not appropriate. Had a good stay, Friendly helpful staff. more

wireless internet is free and works great from the 7th floor. Quit for awhile at one point but worked fine most of the weekend. No tub but nice shower. Nicely decorated rooms.
