I have stayed in Al Khozama twice. First time with my wife, we got very nice room (actually apartment) in the building across the small side street. This room was great, big, nice view over dull Riyadh :-) The second time I have stayed there for 1 month in single room in main building. Oh - this was a jail!... more

My room on the fifth (top) floor was small, with a single bed, but otherwise comfortable, clean and well-equipped with everything I need for work or downtime. Closet and shelf space was more than adequate. Fresh flowers, a fruit basket and several bottles of water all replenished daily are a nice amenity. Extensive selection of international cable TV channels. Staff... more

My seven day stay in this hotel was overall a pleasant experience. I got a single room that was of a good median size and quality you may find in most mid-range West European hotels. The bathroom was spacious and spotless-clean. Buffer breakfast was excellent in quality and variety. Food in all restaurants was good to great and reasonably priced... more

Thought this was a pretty good place while here on business. The rooms are a bit small (haven't slept in a single bed for a very long time!) and dated. But the hotel overall is relatively modern. Breakfast is good; the evening barbeque is varied and pretty high quality, but not cheap. Very close to coffee shops and shopping mall.... more

This is quite an old hotel despite what is stated in their brochures about being renovated. I arrived at 4am after a delayed flight and found that they had put me in a small room with a single bed, and a big 32 inch TV on a shelf on the wall by the side of the bed. Decor is pretty... more

This hotel is beautifully placed in central Riyadh close to just about anything you would need to do/ or anyone you'd need to meet in this city. It is old fashionned and the rooms are small (and food not great but expensive) but it is, neverthless, very comfortable and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The small lobby area is a... more

the room i stayed in was on the 5th floor - 'the business floor' and although i had asked for a non smoking room it smelled as if someone had smoked in there. as for the room itself it was like stepping back into the 1970's, awful bathroom and a dark and dingy bedroom. on my first night i took... more

I've been staying at the Al Khozama for about 7 years now. My most recent visit was not up to the standards I have come to expect from one of my favourite hotels. I know it was Ramadan but I've stayed here during Ramadan in previous years and there was no noticeable change. The rooms are still clean and well-appointed... more
