This hotel brings it to the top. I have been staying in many grand hotels throughout the middle east area, but this one was breathtaking. Despite the fact that I do not like to stay in corporate hotels this hotel does a fantastic job even with its size to make you feel like an individual. I have been staying in... more

Wonderful hotel to relax and have fun in an atmosphere of comfort and service high-end, it needs to renew the furniture rooms that have not changed since 10 years. International restaurants, cafes and distinctive. more

I arrived to the hotel, I went to the reception and I gave them my credit card and they said that it didn't work so they did it again and again and finally it worked... The second day my bank called me to tell me the hotel took 30,000 $ from the card but they were supposed to take 10,000$... more

I stayed only for a night in Riyadh recently on a business trip - one of the few countries where you really feel you are in a different country these days. The hotel is very nice, the rooms huge, the bathroom the size of my London flat (not suprisingly but still enjoyable). The rooms are big and the service actually... more

Al Faisaliah doesn't disappoint, you won't be here for leisure, so you want a hotel that is comfortable, efficient and offers a broad range of services. Location is central but as a low rise building, the views are nothing remarkable. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with extremely large bathrooms. All are spotless and everything works. Hotel prides itself on... more

I have stayed at a variety of 5* hotels around the world, often informed by this site. This hotel was one of them. The location and facilities were exceptional as were most of the staff (especially Mohammed who works at reception in the afternoon and evenings). The butlers were also excellent The daytime concierge was an can't do type of... more

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during a business trip. It was an extremely pleasant experience. The room was huge, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The butler assigned to my floor was very courteous & helpful - he even ironed my scarf. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of cereals, breads, hot foods etc.... more
