Sheraton is my preferred hotel in Riyadh. Their hospitality is remarkable. Facilities are good and most of the staff are very friendly. Bfast buffet has a nice spread. If you are bored you can ask the Chef who will do his best to make you feel homely. Ask for a room facing the Kingdom tower.

First of all this hotel is ultra expensive. I paid 1,212 SAR for their normal room. For example the Al Waha Palace (which is TripAdvisor #1 in Riyadh) is just half this price. The Sheraton has nothing special. It's just a normal average hotel so it is not worth the extra money. Two things are highly disappointing: - The size... More

I have frequent business trips to Riyadh and this is my hotel of choice. The hotel itself is very nice, modern and clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It's great walking in to the hotel after a long flight and see familiar smiling faces saying "welcome back". They have pretty good gym facilities as well.

This hotel is modern and clean. The huge issue is at the weekends mostly, Saudis come in their droves to either have wedding parties or make crazy parties in their rooms! I saw and heard drunk local guys with women etc shouting laughing screaming making noise late at night. The staff seem scared to tell any saudi not to do... More

Dear leaharobertson, Thank you for your feedback regarding your last stay. Six of us, had lunch at this restaurant. Crew member Mr. Amanul Islam deserves special pat for his personal attention to all of us during our lunch. Wide spread of buffet. Caters to Arabic and Indian palates.

I arrived about 10pm on a Thursday night and had reservations for 12 rooms at the Sheraton. I stayed for two nights. The check-in was a bit slow at the beginning because there was only one person checking in. After 15 minutes someone else came on shift and was able to get all of us checked into our 12 rooms.... I stayed here two nights while in Riyadh on business. The room was a good size, clean, good bed etc. The 'basic' internet was free and was good enough for me to connect to web, email and connect back to my office in London. The service was good all over the hotel. It's hard to find fault but if I... More

Like any other Sheraton, this hotel is mostly frequented by business men, although you may also find families attending a banquet, feast held in the hotel. The rooms are moderns and offer standard space. The interior is modern and clean. There is not a lot to do in the surrounding area and the hotel is situated at a very busy... More
