As a regular Intercontinental and prioirtyclub business traveller i expect a good service standard. Unfortunately my experience in this hotel was a very poor. I had loud chatting , hovers and cleaning noises on the door of my room 433 at 4:30 in the morning. After investigating it turned out the staff are cleaning rooms for an early arrival flight!... more
