I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Riyadh for business travel at least seven times in the past ten months for a period of 3 weeks or longer each time. The physical facility is the best of any in the Saudi area. The rooms and beds are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff, although nice, they walk into... More

Where to start? We have just returned from the most amazing break at the Ritz. It was our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff were just fantastic. After being given an upgrade to a suite my wife and I were just bowled over with the service and attention to detail. We received complimentary gateaux and cakes, a rose petal display and... More

This hotel was originally built as a retreat for the royal families in the Gulf region. It later became a Ritz hotel. The architecture, pool, exterior, and interior decorations are stunningly beautiful! I took a walk around the hotel in the morning. The perimeter is probably half a mile long, every wall of the exterior wall was beautifully covered with... More

Great property! It gets right from the entrance and will not disappoint when you get to the lobby or the rooms. Very tastefully done interiors and the opulence is every where. They have some good restaurants and the pool is the best of all. Service at the buffet sucks!

I was in a bussiness trip in November 2014 and stayed in that amazing hotel for one night, what could i tell about this magnificent hotel, i felt like a princess in a Royal Palace where every corner tells a story. the wall and roof was hand painted with artistic paint from Italy. i had my coffee at the outdoor... This is one of the most opulent hotels I've ever seen. It's grand. It's over the top. Actually it's a 'mini' Versailles! It is also what I expected of Riyadh. Entering the property and the main doors gives you a very good idea of the conspicuous design that you are to encounter throughout this Ritz property. It’s like entering a... More

I recently visited this hotel with a group of business colleagues. Check-in went smoothly and the room is very, very nice. Comfortable bed and up to date décor and furnishings. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Very wide selection of food catering to a variety of guests. Did not have lunch or dinner there. I did use the lobby service for... More

Our first experience of the Ritz-Carlton was from the Diplomatic Quarter, viewing the hotel from the DQ's perimeter walk. Truly a magnificent architectural view, with the exterior shouting opulence, we had decided years ago that we would try the hotel before leaving Riyadh. Our wedding anniversary was a good excuse to sample the Afternoon Tea. We had already taken Afternoon... More

This hotel is really impressive: You are in a palace, a dream hotel and in it deserves more than 5 stars. The whole property is just immense, with every detail thoroughly designed and well-planned, and it begins with an astonishing lobby. This hotel opened to the public in 2011, and it looks completely new. The buffet restaurant is so spacious... More

This hotel absolutely delivers and impresses. From the very first moment of check in, to the final check out, the staff are attentive, full of character and obviously enjoy their job. I had an astoundingly large room, a great room service burger and club level access, all of which were excellent. I will definitely return.
