The service at the Ritz-Carlton sets it apart from other 5 star hotels I've been to. Being greeted by name when you walk into the club lounge or when housekeeping comes around makes that difference. The food in the club lounge is excellent, so much so that we never eat at any of the other restaurants. Nice, large pool, spa... More

An amazing entrance, I thought I was going to meet the king by their security and entrance, which is much spacious and well designed compared to Fisaliah or still number one Four Seasons. The lobby is almost a museum, the outdoor area holding a tremendous trees, although the employees didn't give an accurate information about it, I have asked different... More

The communal areas of this hotel are fantastic but the rooms are looking a little tired and in need of remodelling. What sets this hotel apart is the spa facilities and the resturants which are hard to beat, anywhere. Coupled with the RC's service standards the hotel is a great experience until you make your way to the room. Typically... More

When you drive through the gates towards the entry it is very impressive. The whole hotel is spectacular. You can eat at different spots and its really tasty. Great and well trained staff and very beautiful lobby. It makes you feel like a royalty

The staff are amazingly friendly and the building is very impressive, but the hotel falls down on several areas. The facilities for women are really very poor given the hotel claims to be 5 star (very minimal gym, no access to pool, no access to spa), even by Saudi standards. Ritz Carlton should be ashamed. The wifi is extremely unreliable.... More

Very good in sizes of rooms and bathrooms. Not a good located swimming pool between italian and chainese resturants. The hotel is little far away of everything you need Its good for royal guist or you can stay in nearby hotel COURTYARD MARRIOT in less than half price. It is in ryadh so it doesnt seem a diffrence .

This is a stunning hotel. Extremly luxurious, very nice surrounding area. The lobby is very nice with extremly polite staff. When u are there it is like u are in another world. The spa area with the swimming pool is amasing. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I am very familiar with this amazing brand and have fortunately stayed at many across the world - this particular RC does not speak the same language nor does it resemble the service and quality fundamentals of other typical hotels privileged to carry the brand... I hope it was merely my bad luck during my visit that I experienced the... More

Short, sweet and to the point: This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed in! The accommodations are breath-taking, and only first hand experience could possibly convey the level of comfort and amazing hospitality. The "hotel" was built as a palace, serving as a guest-house for visitors of the king. Alas, he didn't want too many foreign heads of... More
