What can I say for this Hotel . Calculating two trips to KSA for business trip for Ericsson , I have stayed 5 months in total . Delayed in review because of too much work pressure . This hotel is awesome for budget lovers . Pros: 1) Large rooms are superb . Even studio room are best for single stay... More

very nice stay..i stayed back for around 3 months ..rooms are very spacious..complementary breakfast was nice..staff is very polite & supportive....big hotel having neat & clean ambience..kitchen facility is also there..taxis are available 24*7 outside hotel..near by shops are avaiable to buy daily goods ...highly recommended for a calm stay..☺☺

As a frequent traveler , I find this place to be avoided .Its seems in Riyadh hotels are expensive but I dont find this place to be worth of money. If you are looking for just a place to stay around Olaya; this can be the choice. A place to stay. That’s it. Hotel maintains cleanliness. But all other stuff is very basic. Rooms are having kitchen facility to cook your food but there is no microwave or electric kettle (though I got a Kettle after asking for it couple... More

Writing this review in behalf of a colleague who stayed in this hotel. He was looking for food at nearby area but was robbed. Stay away if you can from this area.

No restaurant for an evening meal so either pop next door to the Hilton Garden Inn for a good buffet or A la carte selection. We also found an excellent local restaurant by turning left out of the hotel; walk to the end of the road and left again; 100 metres down on the left with tables outside. Well priced... More

Hotel is located adjacent to the business district with close vicinity to Al Faisalia and Kingdom Towers. Transport is readily available to travel to any part of the city. I have stopped at this hotel twice It is located on the main street in Saudi - but at the far end away from "the action" - nevertheless location is quite good and it costs about 30 SAR to get to Kingdom Tower.
