Good location opposite al jazira supermarket and near many restaurants and shops, but the hotel very average nothing to rave about. Ok for a night business trip but nothing more. Staff were friendly helpful.

Very nice and coral suliemaniah hotel. It was a second time we stayed in this hotel. Very comfortable king size bed, Very friendly staff, gave us the same room we stayed last year. That was very kind. Hotel has a big parking area, never had any problems where to leave my car. if you like space exploration, that is a... More

Average place and facilities, clean and old. Location is great, close to all types of restaurants, and downtown. Check in and out was ok, just the room could had been in better condition. Breakfast was average as well. I do recommend it for a one/two nights business stays if your destination is near by.

About the only thing going for this 3star is its location. It's within walking distance of the main drag of Riyadh (pun intended!) and supermarket, shops, café and coffee shops are close by. Some effort has been made over the past couple of years to tidy it up and improve standards but with only limited success - the best being... More

This is a well rounded hotel for a 3 star and the staff are very friendly. Don't book your airport pick-up through them as they never come through. Their location is outstanding with plenty of restaurants around and a large hyper market and pharmacy just across the street. The breakfast is excellent. Rooms are nice, some more spacious than others,... More

Terrible check in service. Asked to talk to the GM but never got back to me or bothered to call me after I have departure. I talk to the clerk in English and he replies in broken Arabic. I ask for his line manager and I get the answer he is on lunch break. I asked for the GM,I get... More

The Hotel is in perfect place. There are lots of places to see around by walking. The rooms are not so good. The worst think is you can't open the windows. The food is not bad but it is a bit expensive.

The hotel is very overpriced for a three star facility with cost circa SAR 600 per night. I was unfortunate to have a room located next to local guests who played in the corridor with children into the early hours and despite requests for the management to intervene it continued for three nights (I was advised that the guests were...
