A very frequent visitor to RPH, (have even stayed for more than a week at a stretch), its a good place to stay if your travel requirements are within the city center. Can be a difficult place to find if the Riyadh roads are not familiar to you. When you check in make sure that you ask for a room... More

We stay here for 5 nights and take part on a workshop. When we arrived in the night it was no problem to get something to eat. The restaurant in the hotel is good, the breakfast and meals was always okay. We have no problems with the internet!

Ok for a night's sty, pretty old fashioned hotel. Looks like it used to be once a good hotel and must have its good times. The restaurant in the hotel is quite good and the staff were very helpful. I would not rule this hotel out entirely but would definitely look for bettr choices. Internet was not working most of... More

When I arrived in riyadh I was greeted by an extreemly corteous gentlemen from the riyadh palace hotel. The car was spacious and clean. I liked the hotel as well. The entrance and lobby was pretty and presentable with flowers all around. The check in was a breeze. Room was spacious and clean. All the staff were very helpful and... More

Average hotel in general, good restaurant, good service, staff is friendly as for Saudi standard but the internet connection is not acceptable, it is slow in the best case... sometimes stops or is very lagging. The rooms are ok. The surrounding area reminds third world but here is what they like to have and it's not a hotel problem.

I'm a flight attendant, monthly at least 4 times I have to be in this hotel. And I can say that this hotel is One of the worst hotels u could ever see!!!! Very bad and old material, toilets are very old and it's over priced!!! The only thing that deserve a star is the staff there.

Stayed here for two nights last week. The room was OK, though I ended up with a two-twin-bed room when of course a single Queen or King bed would have been preferable. No problem with the w-fi, and there was an adequate desk & chair. TV was easily viewable from bed. Bathroom was fine. Iron & board included in the... More

Stayed at the Riyadh Palace for few days not so long ago. Was really surprised that in one of the richest country in the world, the standard could be so low. Internet the slowest I have experienced in the Arab countries, no hot water in my room, food like in a poor home and the general state of the rooms... More

It was arundown 5 star hotel. Staff was good and check in & out was quick. Breakfast was full of variety but tasteless. Roomm size is average and decoration was moderate. Bedsheets & towels were clean. bed and pillows were good. The location of the hotel is also rundown but has medium quality Indian and Pakistani restaurants.
