Pros: - Centrally located. - Comfortable beds. - Friendly staff. - Good Arabic food. Cons: - The regular rooms are really small - Most of the staff dont speak English fluently and is difficult to communicate sometimes. - The hotel is old and has been refurbished but there is not enough light in the rooms or common areas. It was... More

My experience with this hotel was quite pleasant and satisfactory. I had stayed for 3 days, and had a good time. Room was very stylish and clean. Lot of mirrors everywhere. Ambiance inside the room was great. The service is 4 star quality and so are the rooms. Food was not so great, it can be improved i thought. There... More

He looked at it and acknowledged that I had a "Normal room" booked for 3 nights, but then admitted that they had already gave the room to someone else and had no... More

Hotel was booked by a colleague in Saudi. City is full in January (cool winter climate) and this was only decent hotel with availability. Classed as 4 star but that stretches imagination a little. Good, average hotel but showing signs of age. Service was very good, with customary tipping expected. My room was comfortable and clean, but again a little... More
