Stayed for 2 nights on a business visit. Hotel perfectly located, close to the Kingdom Tower where our offices are. Rates are very reasonable. Rooms are fair size and well maintained. Wifi is ok. Breakfast is very good with a large variety. Gym is ok with reasonable quality equipment.

Well functioning hotel with clean and tidy standard rooms although pillows (as seen in many hotels) are filled with some synthetic material not suitable for sleeping purposes. Dinner buffet in the restaurant is varied and satisfyes most needs. WiFi free and fast. Recommended as a business hotel but still very close to shops.

Standard business hotel but within walking distance of Kingdom Tower so geographically it is well placed. Rooms were relatively spacious but quite standard. Gym was average, breakfast was very good. I would recommend as a business hotel.

I like staying here for multiple reasons It's close to my Riyadh office It's close to Kingdom Tower It's in the middle of everything And most importantly, I'm treated really well. Yes I would change a few matters like pillow options & more breakfast variations but overall I like it the way it is

Arrived at the hotel on February 13th, still here today (March 16th) and will probably be here for another month (awaiting move to compound once construction complete). This hotel has become my second home and it's great! The hotel is very clean, staff constantly doing the rounds cleaning everything. The Gym, Pool, Sauna, Steam etc are fine. A welcome relief... Very vanilla business class hotel. Staff were very nice, though I had difficulty getting an outside restaurant recommendation from the concierge, at least partly due to language issues. Gym and pool are not open to women, which is the biggest reason I would vote against staying here again.

In general, the staff were very good but the hotel was not luxurious. Airport transfers are managed well. Front desk is kind and serves fast. Restaurant is very good. Food is delicious and staff are friendly. The rooms are average. In the corner-room, there was only one plug and it was in the corridor. No seperate shower. Wi-fi was free... More

Stayed for a week on a business trip. Good room, non smoking, good facilities and very clean. Restaurant OK but I got bored quite quickly, some eating places nearby. Reception appeared very vague about everything I asked them, but other staff were very helpful.

I was only here for two nights, but it was a quality stay. The hotel is clean, quiet, and centrally located, right by the Kingdom Tower. I was put in a smoking room (I had requested non-smoking, but this was not the hotel's fault), but I would never have known it were it not for the ashtrays in the room.... More
