Typically stay at the Intercon in Riyadh but that one was fully booked. Opted for Novotel Al Anoud and wasn't disappointed. I experienced the same problem as another reviewer - i arrived late at night just to find out that they couldn't find my booking - really poor for an accor hotel since most of their bookings are probably done via their web site. hotel was overbooked even with printed out confirmation, rooms where only available after severe comments form 5 visitors who all refused too be tranfered to other accomodation telefone line not working, roomservice delivering 1,5 hour later then promised, front desk not replying to phonecalls , room not serviced after a hard days work in high teperatures. wet towels still in... more
