i like this hotel. it's very close to masjidil haram gate 1 (king abd azis)-the opposite . there's a speaker in the room, so that you can hear the adzan. i'd stay at this hotel again next time i visit mecca. the hotel is located inside a shopping mall. it's a bit complicated to go to the hotel, because first,... more

ZAM ZAM towers is a good hotel. The stay was comfortable with minimum hassles at entry and stay. Location wise it seems to be nearest to the gate 1 of haram sharif, but actually it takes a minimum of 5-10 minutes to reach from the room to the gate of Haram Sharif. During prayer timing you may require to change... more

I stayed in that hotel for 4 nights. The restaurent is good . Very good location. The surprising thing was the poor quality of service in that hotel . including staff dealing with luggage, reception, communication ,tea garden staff who are unwilling to help and abrupt with customers. I believe they may benefit from intensive proper training regarding hotel service as their service... more

We just returned from an Umrah trip with a mid-sized group. Each room experienced a problem or two that made the stay there very uncomfortable. The problems varied between non-working air conditioners, the plumbing backing up and flooding the bathrooms, extremely poor house keeping, non working safes, non functioning door lock that locked someone out of their room and rude... more

Nice Location! But avoid the Restaurant. The hotel is nicely located with easy access to the Haram. Rooms are OK, but the restaurant is run by nasty staff headed by a very nasty manager. My wife was sick and needed some juice and because we went 15 minutes late, they did not allow us to take our breakfast. When I... more

Was there in April-May this year. Its a welly great hotel. The breakfast is fit for a king and queen. However there are some odd smells in the corridors I think that is due to people cooking food in their rooms. Overall its a nice hotel, the walk to the haram is not far at all accept having to take... more
