Average hotel, almost all guests are Turkish. No breakfast in the hotel. Quite near the Haram and transportation is good to and from Haram. there is wifi in the hotel but only in the reception area. “Location & price are the main attractions.”

My main reason for booking this room was the price offer as well as the proximity to the Grand Mosque (around 10minutes walk including an uphill walk on the flyover which maybe challenging during the heat). the best thing in this hotel is his location near to the Haram ( ka'aba ) just 400 m . also there is a bus every prayer time to Haram ... nothing more but htey have to respect the visitors littile bit . again , I believe there are many guests have complains about the front desk services

“Good location, clean, below average service”

Pros Location is very good, clean room. Check in was quick Good value for money, I booked two Cons The bus to haram did not operate all day and not very frequently They don't have transportation to Jeddah Airport and did not help much in that

“Excellent hotel but it's lived by 97% turkeys from turkey”

It's a 3 stars hotel and it near the haram it's about 900 meters it's clean and it have parking for cars also and there are a resturant in it and the hot drinks for free in this hotel and a wifi in the reception and the majlis it's awesome hotel I give it 4 from 5

Went with elderly relative who is wheel chair bound and although the hotel has an incline to reach haram, there is plenty of free transport available. Hotel is very near to Al Haram.Hotel Manager very helpful.Rooms are neat and clean.We went with our 1 year old baby but still had no problems,hotel staff were friendly and helpful.Bus service provided by the hotel was always available.Next time we will hopefully again stay in Mercure Hibatullah.

I reserved this hotel for a Ramadhan stay and it was the cheapest thing I could find close to the Haram area on priceline 400 a night during ramadhan--since all I wanted was really a place where I could sleep comfortably without having to take a taxi and that's what I got alhamdulillah.
