The hotel is great. The rooms are clean and the service is good. Room service is quick and valise for money. The hotel is not for wheelchair users or people with disability as it on the hill. The 100 or so meters of hill is back and leg breaking for the old and the not so fit. I would recommend... More

This hotel will get the job done if you just go in and out of your room. Don't have any other expectations especially if you don't speak Arabic. At the end of the day you are there for either Umrah or Hajj so you make the best of it, but it is better to set your expectations comparable to a... More

Spartan. Spartan would be a good way to describe this place. If you are looking for a place to stay and just that then this is what you are looking for. Very close to the Kaba - walking distance. The rooms are clean and the staff is overall nice. The breakfast buffet was tasty, something that doesn't apply to many... More

Booked this hotel for my parents who came for Umrah and stayed here for 04 days, and my parents felt so happy with the room and the buffet breakfast. Haram is at walkable distance. Staff are also very friendly and helpful

Well located with close proximity to laundry and local shop right next door. Very few English speaking staff so communication was a barrier to get the full service available. Close to Haram but for the hill. Elderly are advised to take shuttle service which is not always readily available. Good family accommodation. Bathroom dusty and poorly furnished. Shower and no... Hajj is the most busiest time for any Hotel in Mecca. Location: Very good - 10mins from the Haram. There is a steep hill which will be difficult for the elderly and those less mobile. Also, there is a shortcut but this has quite a few steps. There is a dry cleaners next door and little shop which is very... More

The best thing about this hotel was breakfast. The reception staff are terrible and rude, the room is average, no room service, we basically got our own towels and sheets off the trolley outside and changed them. It's a 10 min walk to the haram, lots of stairs and a hill.

The hotel is Ok breakfast is reasonable and the shuttle service is available during most times. It can be tedious to come to hotel without shuttle espically for those who have some problem in walking, quite a lots of stairs otherwise.
