Well located with close proximity to laundry and local shop right next door. Very few English speaking staff so communication was a barrier to get the full service available. Close to Haram but for the hill. Elderly are advised to take shuttle service which is not always readily available. Good family accommodation. Bathroom dusty and poorly furnished. Shower and no... Hajj is the most busiest time for any Hotel in Mecca. Location: Very good - 10mins from the Haram. There is a steep hill which will be difficult for the elderly and those less mobile. Also, there is a shortcut but this has quite a few steps. There is a dry cleaners next door and little shop which is very... More

The best thing about this hotel was breakfast. The reception staff are terrible and rude, the room is average, no room service, we basically got our own towels and sheets off the trolley outside and changed them. It's a 10 min walk to the haram, lots of stairs and a hill.

The hotel is Ok breakfast is reasonable and the shuttle service is available during most times. It can be tedious to come to hotel without shuttle espically for those who have some problem in walking, quite a lots of stairs otherwise.

If you need just a place to rest, sleep and shower, this is your choice. It is a good hotel when compared with its rate. Rooms are a bit small. Bathroom is even smaller. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great I loved it so much. And the best part is the location. Only five minutes walk from Al... More

I recently went Mecca with my family to attend Umra. And I stayed at this hotel.I disliked a lot of things. 1.The bathrooms were very small especially the showers ,and my daughter hit her head on the sink a few times. 2.When we wanted towels we waited 30 minutes and we still didn't get our towels. 3.When we wanted bell service... It is not too bad hotel as it is close to the Haram and clean hotel. The only important thing I have to stress on is the service in the restaurant is very bad. They are not trained as waiters and how to treat customers at all. Even Chefs came sometime to deliver some serving dishes and treat customers badly.... More
