I recently went Mecca with my family to attend Umra. And I stayed at this hotel.I disliked a lot of things. 1.The bathrooms were very small especially the showers ,and my daughter hit her head on the sink a few times. 2.When we wanted towels we waited 30 minutes and we still didn't get our towels. 3.When we wanted bell service... It is not too bad hotel as it is close to the Haram and clean hotel. The only important thing I have to stress on is the service in the restaurant is very bad. They are not trained as waiters and how to treat customers at all. Even Chefs came sometime to deliver some serving dishes and treat customers badly.... More

The Hotel is Classified as 4 Star, I am not sure how they managed to get this classification? I would say a 2 Star and this is being generous. The accommodation is extremely basic, rooms and beds are dirty, the bed linen looks like it's being recycled for years, it is smelly and dirty. The air-conditioning is leaking on the bedroom... More

I'll start with the positives: Nice buffet breakfast, the room itself was clean and well maintained, the room service was reliable and offered a good selection of meals at reasonable prices. The not so positive: Those travelling with older family members please be aware that getting to and from the Haram is not easy even though there is a shuttle... More
