Booked the hotel through a Hajj agent based in Preston. I was paying more for my Hajj trip than most of the people but it was well worth the money. We stayed there during Haj 2007. it was a great experience. very close to Haram there is masjid on the first floor its inside the Haram area. The breakfast buffet (included)had many choices. went again for Umrah in Ramadan 2007and wanted to stay but the rooms were sold out. more

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. my parents were the first to stay in the hotel when it was FIRST opened (no joke) they took the paper off the washing machine and stuff (it was BRAND new) and we stay here EVERY trip including hajj (been to this hotel like MANY TImes) stay in thier suites, soooo luxurious u... more

I was there for one day only for Umrah, and for sure i will stay in the same hotel again for my next Umrah. it is near the Haram, and the check-in and check-out couldn't be any easier. The room service food wasn''t very good but acceptable. more

We stayed in executive 2 bedrooms suite with Haram view. All family members loved it, Staff are very freindly and efficient with excellent service. Very close to Al-Haram and very comfortable. I would highly recommond it. more
