This is one the Elaf group of hotels. It's about 3-5 minutes walk to the masjid al Haraam. The hotel has speakers from the mosque installed so guest can hear the adhan in their rooms. There is also a prayer section where guests can follow the prayer from the Haraam. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, cosy and not noisy... More

The location is excellent, close to the Haram. Sadly that's all that is going for it. It is a good 3 star hotel but NOT 5 stars. Though it was during the Hajj period at its busiest, lots of small things didn't get done, e.g. keeping rooms tidy. Breakfast and dinner were standard but no where near exceptional. This is... More

Nice and well appointed hotel very near to the Haram. But need more clean and change some of furniture. Haram is just 30 sec.to 45 sec. from this hotel. Lot of restaurents and shopping areas are very near to this hotel even opposite of the hotel. Suites are two rooms and well appointed and all are haram view.

The best thing about the hotel is the location which is a stone throw from the Haram entrance. Also a couple of food courts in askance malls. We were on the 10th floor (Haram view) but couldn't see the Kabba, I thought I could just about make the roof, so suggest a hight floor. The breakfast was ok but not... More

Stayed during hajj. Very close to the Haram which is the most important thing during this very busy period of the year. Excellent meals. Very friendly staff. Quite and comfortable rooms but smaller compared to other hotels that I have stayed in during my previous visits to Mecca.

I stayed at the hotel for one night on 23rd May 2014. The reception clerk was unbelievably rude and impolite. I tried to call the hotel on the number mentioned on Booking.com several times but without answer and when finally they answered, it turn out to be Jeddah's number then I had to take Makah’s number to call them to...
