I have been staying at Hilton Makkah on my trips to the holy city. Hilton's location is excellent and very convenient specially for elderly people who cannot walk a lot. Previously, the reception staff used to be courteous, but now its different. Hotel facilities, including the restaurants are pretty good and the food quality is also nice.

except for the location, which is outstanding for Holy mosque, the rest of the hotel doesn't even is close to the shadow of the name 'HILTON'. The staff is arrogant at the reception,would not even bother to listen to your request. There is construction work going nearby and you will find yourself in the middle of the noise all along....
