What a Shame!!! I had reserved the room for a night. The orginial hotel is only 300ft away from the Haram but the day we arrived there we found out that they had no rooms available and therefore shifted us to their TOWERS, about 5 KM away. The most thing we loved about this hotel, was its location right across from Masjid al Haram. It was very, very clean. The Rooms were a little small for my liking but beds were comfortable and A/C super efficient. Breakfast was very good. Reasonable value for money. Staff were kind and courteous. This is an appaling property. I agree with all points below - bell boys and waiters are great. Hotel reception staff are very BAD. Rooms are tiny when they stick 3 people in a room suitable for 2.
