Although far from the grand masjid, it was a decent enough hotel. Lobby was nice and classy. The hotel itself is large. Rooms are a good size and kept clean by the staff. Toilets were clean and not too dated. Staff at lobby were good and professional. WiFi is strong in lobby. The food they sold at the hotel was... More

The location is far from the Masjid Haram which is about 15 minutes walk. The building is old. Bathroom is old. You have to request for towels. Breakfast is just OK. Better than nothing. There are supermarket, restaurants and other stores near by. It is on the main street.

it is no way a 4-star hotel. Located on a very busy street, there is constant checking-in and checking-out of guests--the lobby is always full of people with sometimes no place to sit, specially with the the wi-fi being available only in the lobby there were always many people sitting with their smart phones. The room was small and though... More

I still don't understand how this hotel can possibly be 4 stars or how it's average nightly rate can reach $2000? I might be missing something but this hotel is 3 star AT BEST. The rooms were pretty clean, although the carpet rugs looked incredibly dirty. The room layout is so incredibly awkward. You walk into the room and are... More

Though its about 800 meters from the Grand Mosque, our stay there is always comfortable and moreover their shuttle service to haram will not let you miss any prayer. Sometimes due to traffic you may opt to walk till the mosque. Rooms are neat and clean and one can always splurge in their buffet breakfast which is quite good. Will... More

This hotel (a.k.a. Falestine Hotel) was average in all respects. The room we had was a 2 BR suite, but unfortunately had only 1 bathroom. 1 room was small with 2 single beds and one wa larger with 3 beds. The hotel is ~ 1 KM from Haram and they had a shuttle bus to Haram round the clock. However... More
