Near to the mosque by walking. Nice hotel.alot food stall nearby.But the room too small.but we spent most of the time at the mosque or outside meccah city to take the miqat.so no problem with the hotel. Good food.

i stayed in this hotel about 2 months before nearest 4 star hotel. breakfast was delicious rooms are tiny but service was good 24 hours WiFi available. had a great journey wish to be there again in future.

The hotel is located abt 260mtrs away from the Grand Mosque thus I can go to the most for all the 5 prayers.... Very crowded hotel. No wifi available. The receptionist can hardly speak English..when I complained about a burst pipe in my bathroom..I brought an Arabic man to explain my problem to them..it took them more than 3 hours... More

I stayed there with a friend while doing umrah in the last week of december 2014. It a basic 3 stars hotel with very poor service. Tiny room with street noise all day. No towels or linens changed during our 5 days stay. The only good thing is the short walk to haram (less than 10 minutes to king Fahd... More

Stayed for ten days building is located in prime position to pray at haram however the building is over booked to capacity 4 to a room was extreme won't do that again management need educating on facilities and service

Stayed in this hotel, its terrible, they have two towers A & B, they put us first in B tower on high floor, the elevators are without air conditioning and was hot, it gets so crowded and u could chawk, rooms are filthy, after big argument we managed to get a room in tower A, the lifts are ventelated almost... More

Not much you can write about this hotel. Basic 2/3 star, no thrills, service is poor, rooms are very cramped Shower cubicle lets not say anymore. Breakfast was very limited Only pro is that close to the haraam .

There are a few Haj & Umrah agents in the UK that are offering this hotel as part of their package. Saray Eman Hotel is a good Hotel. It has a specious Internal looks that I like and I believe that it is really nice hotel within it's standard in Makkah. * Helpful service * Quite Big bed * Clean rooms * Well Management * Best foods served They made my travel comfortable and pleasing.
