Location is very near to haram but rooms need a lot of maintenance. Room is very small for four members, beds are not same quality (added beds are smaller and not comfortable) Stuff members are helpful. Bathroom is door has issues in its wood which need maintenance.

Great location just few steps from Alharam, spacious rooms, very good facilities, friendly reception, very good breakfast, very good room service and the price is reasonable the only thing that there was some dirty spots on the wall of the room. In general it was a good experience with this hotel.

Regarding the price, the location, the quality of the hotels in the neighborhood this hotel is very good value for money. In the same building where this hotel is located there are some shops, supermarket and some fastfoods (not very famous). The hotel is about 200m from the Haram it has it own mosque (linked to Haram). We can just... More

Good proximity to the haram However you should cater and have rooms with queen beds instead of joining two single beds together which is very uncomfortable because one mattress is higher than the other one

Breakfast is terrible!!! If you have the option rather do without it, and go buy it somewhere else. We had undercooked oats porridge every second day, plus loads of pastries and foul and cold scrambled eggs. Nothing to look forward to, unless you like rice for breakfast with some cold food. I resorted to just have cornflakes and toast with... More
