It was a nice place to stay in but if you need a service ... Don't use telephone !!!!! Do it by your self or call OP or try to contact personally with DM or one of the guys in reception In conclusion it's unforgettable

Check-in only 3 counters for a 29 stories hotel? Each staff take more than 20 to check-in a guest. Also room service made me wait for 1 hr to bring the extra bed. Great hotel but bad staff services !!!

I had a night during the week in this hotel. Overall was good but the room wasn't so clean. A cockroach was under my bed. Red spots on the carpet. The window was so dirty that you can't look through it while I paid extra for the view. The breakfast was so average to low quality. Expected more form this... More

Every things were bad starting from service person till Check out the hotel staffs were very busy and mistake in all stps first the gave me wrong room and after many calls to correct it - bathroom is very dirty and worse

disappointed expedience specially during check -in and check out too many people stands in lines and only two clerks handling the check-in the moment you reached the clerk he answered you the check -in time is after 5 PM .

I have good experience with this hotel specially during check in and check out Hotel good facility Good restaurants Good number of elevators Small issue for the hotel from Haram should pass the mall But I will come again inshallah

Reception is very bad.my reservation for 5 pm check inn room not ready i had to fight with them to get the room only way wait for 1 to 2 hours or down grade. Service very slow and not friendly . The room over priced. NEVER EVER SELECT THIS HOTEL. ITS SAD big name 4 nothing
