For what it's worth I expected more of this hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned at all. Usually house keeping passes by twice a day but it never did. The bathroom on the other hand is superb. I only gave the stars for the Kaaba view and the cleanness of the bathroom.

It is my second time to stay in Makkah Raffles, and yes and for sure i am going to go back to the hotel. I dont think that you would find another hotel in makkah which keeps the standard and also maintains the room as much as raffles. Lovely buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner, and a big choice for... Excellent Haram view from the Premier suite. Espresso is served three times to your suite and is addictive, really very good. Employees speak English plus Arabic in Saudi accent. All suits have a butler service for all your neads

During Ramadan they can't maintain their standards and required quality. In general out of Ramadan they are worth value to price. While in Ramadan it's not good experience specially restaurant Cheers!

Stayed here for 2 nights during Ramadan and the hotel is exquisite. The staff are well trained to listen and offer solutions. At times the response times are dismal. However the Housekeepers are great and serve with a smile. For the most part, Breakfast and Dinner are the same items....the staff in the restaurant were half asleep. Need to wake... More
