The room was clean, furniture was good and area was reasonable. Location is fantastic, and service was good too. Breakfast was very good. On the other side, reception was always busy and a bit slow. There is no free parking anymore but I do not recommend driving in Makkah anyway. Overall, very good value.

Hotel front haram ... Breakfast and dinner are very good. You have to ask to clean up the room. The is a mosallah in hotel , so you can do prayer without leaving. Good hotel , and I recommend it for you trip for Hajj or Omra.

My husband and I had the blessed opportunity to stop by Makkah and perform our Umrah on our way to Europe last June 2013 (which means this is a late review - sorry! This review will also be about the overall Umrah trip. Skip to the third paragraph for just the hotel review). It was my first time planning an... More

I stayed at this hotel in April 2014 during my umrah. The hotel was beautiful, right across from the masjid al haram, location could not be better! The hotel itself had a huge mall within it, including a food court. It is also literally right next to al bait mall, which is a fairly high end mall with great shops... More

Stayed there 12-15 April 2014 as second leg of Umrah Trip. Location is very good you have to use lift and escalator to land in Haram courtyard. Hotel rooms are so so. We had a quad room which was actually double bed room but forcefully converted by placing two small beds into quad. Toilets are very small specially shower area... More

The hotel is located next to the Zam Zam Tower, at a corner of the Haram’s compound, on top of a shopping mall. The entrance and exit are via the shopping mall entrances. The hotel lobby is situated on the 2nd or 3rd floor, which is accessible via lifts or escalators from the ground floor. So, during peak hours, eg... More

I had an honor of visiting the house of Allah from Feb 8 to Feb 10 2014. Over all the stay was extremely comfortable. We got there a couple of hours before the check-in time. Receptionist was kind enough to accommodate. He could have asked to wait in the lobby for 2 hours, but he didn't. First impression of the... More

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is the nearest to the Grand Mosque. Like all the other major hotels in the Haram area, this hotel is located above a mall which gets very busy especially immediately after prayer sessions. You have to get on 2 elevators from the ground before getting to your room. However, access to... More

very well appointed hotel, nicely furnished but the furnishing is tatty, and the cleanliness is lacking completely. carpets dirty, cleaning is cursory, crumbs of guests past still in corners of room, and the room I occupied was in an internal tower. This meant that it was in perpetual darkness and the lighting in the room had to be used 24hrs... More
