The lobby of the Hotel is beautiful. Overall Staff are friendly except the staff working in the restaurant whom tend to take your cutlery whilst you are still seated and eating. The staff in reception are arrogant being a five star hotel you would presume they would have some level of spoken English. There is no WIFI ,upon paying for the WIFi... The hotel staff at concierge is very good. The parking manager is also very helpful but the staff at the reception and the staff at the breakfast buffet (8/1/2016) rather at the desk was very churlish and he evn insulted a person going to go for umrah just because he did add his 5 YO girl. He could have spoken to... More

This hotel in Mecca is very close to the Haram, on a crowded street but very quiet and peaceful inside. The rooms are luxurious and staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the foyer and rooms are luxuriously furnished. Breakfast, included in room rent, was lavish and I had difficulty in controlling my overeating. Overall... More

The hotel is nice with beautiful lobby. Friendly staff. The cons is that it is quiet far (walking) from al haram especially for elderly people or kids. They do provide shuttle service to ease their guest.

Its a good place to stay but WIFI and parking is not free. They charge 25 SAR for WIFI and 15 SAR per hour for parking. Moreover, the food is also for two persons only.If there are more than two people, they charge 75 SAR extra per head.

Please do not call it a 5 star hotel. Its more like 2 or 3 star. We stayed here for 4 nights. We were four and hotel room was really congested for all of us. We barely had place to put our luggage. The washroom shower door was broken and seat had stains on it. Persons at reception could barely... More

Just few words, room service sucks! I have been there with my father and brother in a triple room for an Ummrah trip. You have to call the room service many times to respond Most of the house keeping members don't get your room well done except if you paid a good tips, they might ignore it at all. In... More
