There is a lot to like about this hotel, centrally located, spotlessly clean, good breakfasts, really helpful staff (ask them for advice about the supplementary tours they can offer), fascinating photos of Madaba not too long ago, warm showers and easy access to Madaba's many highlights. My only criticism is that the hotel is rather bland but who cares about... More

We choose the Mosaic City Hotel to stay the night before heading to the airport for our trip back to Abu Dhabi after a week long visit to Jordan. We printed out a map before heading to Madaba from the Dead Sea -- which is a good recommendation for anyone traveling in Jordan. Signage in the whole of Jordan is... More

Great value for little money, nice family-hotel. Good breakfast with fresh partly whole-grain bread which is hard to find in the middle east. Great shower with good pressure and heat. God integrated AC. Clean, lots of space. Restaurant descent but not great, however they gladly recommend other restaurants att the check-in desk.

A recently built place so everything is new. Cozy rooms, perfect location, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Spent two nights and was very happy. Try Haret Jdoudna for dinner. You can't buy the mosaic tour tickets at the Church of the Apostles, only at the Archeological park (or at the museum I guess).

Very central, surrounded by little shops and restaurants. Polite and helpful staff (not very smiley though). Rooms are comfortable and clean. Wifi is super fast (you can download an entire movie in no more than two hours!). The hotel has a little nice shop in the reception area and prizes are convenient compared to what you can find outside. Room... More

We stayed in Mosaic City on 1/19 , our first night in Jordan. The hotel is new, clean and the service was tentative. Everything is within walking distance and we brought water and bread from local stores across the street from the hotel for our next day journey. I would come back to this hotel if taking the same route... More

Our family of 5 stayed three nights and would have loved to stay more, but they were booked. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and best of all the staff with so helpful in planning our time in Jordan. All their suggestions for places to visit and how to get there were perfect. It was the best stay of all our hotels... More

The fast road from the airport to Amman was a big shock as all the road signs were all in Arabic. No idea why because every other road has directions in both alphabets. No idea where the exit was and arrived at the hotel an hour later than planned with the help of my phone's satnav. This family hotel is... More

Really lovely simple hotel. Decor is very straightforward and very nicely done. Very nice rooms, incredibly welcoming. Short walk from all the sites. Would highly recommend. They do have a bar which looked nice but we didn't drink there.
