Lovely hotel, lovely staff, very nice rooms and good service. As with most of Jordan the hotel boundary is where all this stops. Madaba itself is grotty and does not have anything to offer me. Outside the hotel its almost grim, dirty, litter evrywhere, old building materials everywhere and almost unpleasant. Although we did feel safe and some shops are... More

We chose Mosaic City as it was no 1 on TA. And we found out why: it provides a good service, nice rooms (huge bed), good breakfast, parking - all coming at a fair price. Shops, restaurants and banks are all in a short walking distance.

As we had decided to use Madaba as a base for some of our tours in Jordan, we spent 6 nights at this high class Hotel which is an oasis in such a busy town. The room was large, beautifully furnished and had a kingsize bed, a bit rare in the region, as well as a balcony. Wifi in the... More

I did not choose this hotel myself as I was on a package tour. But it was a nice centrally placed hotel. It was in a neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and banks, and within walking distance to the Saint George Church with the Mosaic Map. As the only hotel we stayed in in Jordan they had two types of pillows,... More

This was an unexpectedly nice hotel in a great location in Madaba. Nothing is far from the hotel and it's a perfect base for exploring. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean. We had a double room, which is just two twins put together, but it was fine. There is a refrigerator and we had a balcony, although... More

Great hotel, we were only there for a night after coming from a delayed flight. We checked in super late and were met by the hotel staff who were very hospitable. The breakfast in the hotel was great, a good selection to cater for a variety of dietary requirements. The rooms were clean, big and the beds were very comfy!... More

We stayed at Mosaic City Hotel, as Madaba was our base for several trips in the area. Great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean, and short walking distance from sights, restaurants and shops in Madaba. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this hotel for one nights during our Jordan visit. Here are details: Transfer: We came here from Amman and the transfer has been arranged by them. We were looking for a tour in Amman (Dead Sea + Mount Nebo) with a last stop in Madaba, they were similar price (50-60JD) but we wanted to arrange it from... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2015

We arrived in the early hours after a late night flight. Hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Rooms were large, clean and airy. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet and it was only a short walk into town to see the sights and find somewhere for dinner. A perfect location if you want to avoid Amman... More
