Clean, spacious rooms, friendly, well located and good value for money. Breakfast was included and whilst not a massive choice of cereals there was more than enough variety. There is a bar and pool table too which is great. Only be aware that most restaurants and bars allow smoking in Jordan. Fortunately the main restaurant in the hotel is a... More

Hotel was very nice as was the price. Stayed in the three twin beds room, which was a unique feature, but perfect for my group. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfy and room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was pretty good, between continental and cooked to order. I'm a bit of a coffee snob (strong and straight, no froo froo),... More

We stayed 2 nights in a family room with our two young children in this friendly and welcoming well located hotel. The quad room was spacious and like the rest of the hotel spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent too. The hotel is very close to the town centre with everything of interest within a 5-10 minute... More

My husband and I spent one night at the Mosaic City Hotel in October 2014. The staff provided excellent service, and check-in was quick and easy. They were quick to accommodate our request to change from a twin room to a room with a double bed. The room was a good size and clean, although it lacked an in-room safe.... More

We spent two nights at the Mosaic City Hotel. We were first impressed on our arrival by the very helpful and friendly people in the lobby and reception. Our check-in was quick and easy. The room was well appointed and it had a nice balcony. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were quite thin. Breakfast was included and... More

We stayed at the Mosaic City Hotel recently and it was a very pleasant surprise! It is located in the centre of Madaba city and, very convenient, has its own parking if you arrive by car. The women behind the reception were super friendly! They explained us where to go, where to eat,... Very warm welcome! When we returned after... More

This is a good hotel at the centre of Madaba. It's a comfortable place to relax, especially if you get there at the end of your trip to Jordan. It's located at the city centre close to the mosaics and main attractions.

I was particularly impressed by the familiarity of this hotel and the understated elegance of the lobby and its rooms. Less certainly is more when so much attention was obviously put into the decor. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable double bed. An added bonus was the balcony where I relaxed reading my book. The breakfast was ample... More
