Hotel has a great location in the center of the city (Madaba is not a big city so everything is within a walking distance). Location is not the best what this hotel can offer. Friendly and highly helpful staff is a highlight of our stay there. They were more than helpful with suggestions regarding further stages of our trip across... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of our two week holiday exploring Jordan. It certainly set a great standard for our trip! The hotel was within easy walking distance of Madaba's attractions and restaurants, rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, and breakfast very good.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, the bed comfortable, the wifi strong, the breakfast decent, the parking easy, the room clean. While it isn't fancy, it checks off all the boxes and the price is definitely great. I only stayed for one night, passing through from Irbid to Wadi Musa. Being Ramadan, the town was pretty quiet but the... More

I booked this hotel for the group I was with based on these reviews -- and Tripadvisor did not let me down. I'm already scheming to spend more than one night here next year. I couldn't believe a hotel this nice was within our (rather meager) budget. This is the place to stay in Madaba -- perfect location, beautiful and... More

We stayed there for 3 nights, the bedroom was beautiful, but we were so impressed by the quality of service. The hotel is a family hotel and they were all very professional and helpful. We rent a car and traveled all over Jordan one of the sons gave very good recommendations and guides of places to visit around the area... More

Madaba has a couple of nice churches , one greek orthodox and one baptist, some nice touristy cobbled streets and eating joints. Mosaic City hotel is well placed to explore all of the above on foot. It is bang in the middle of downtown Madaba and a 10 min walk away from most of the important local sights. You should... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mosaic Hotel in Madaba. During our 10 days-stay in Jordania, we have not seen a neater, stylisher and better hotel. The rooms are very clean, the personnel is very friendly and the whole hotel has the flair of being very modern and stylish. You can feel that a great deal of effort is put... More

We really enjoyed our stay in the Moaic City Hotel. It was a haven of cleanliness and spaciousness. The family owners were attentive and meticulous when needed and unobtrusive when not needed. The room was clean and comfortable (sometimes too much so--we had beds made and supplies refreshed up to three times a day). Breakfast was adequate.

From reservation to check out this hotel and the staff were brilliant. A delight to deal with. Clean, good sized rooms, good breakfast included in rate, free wifi and close to Madaba's tourist highlights.
