This place is clean; friendly; has a car park; offers food and has a bar; and it is in the middle of town. Have stayed twice and both times really good. Madaba is a better place to stay than Amman (which is a relatively new city and very difficult to drive around). Madaba is close to Dead Sea and Airport... More

Its payback time. I've stayed in 3 different hotels in Amman, I feel I should write a short review to help others trying to decide where to stay as my way of paying back this community. I stayed at The Mosaic hotel only 1 night, before my flight back to USA. I chose to stay in Madaba to be closer... More

Like a previous review, I had a bizarre experience here. The hotel is very nice, but prices fluctuated on every conversation with them, and an original price was suddenly changed on the arrival of the manager. I was travelling with some Jordanian friends, so I suspect it was something to do with that, as the hotel was virtually empty. Anyway,... More

We stayed here twice during our recent holiday touring Jordan. Hotel is very nice, room and bathroom clean, comfortable bed, free wi-fi, staff were all very nice, helpful and welcoming. Free car parking. Breakfast was ok, reasonable choice. There is a restaurant here, although we did not use. Small bar within the hotel serving alcohol. Even had a dart board... More

I booked at the Mosaic hotel for my last day in Jordan after a 6-day trip. We needed two rooms : one for my friend an me, and one for our local guide from Petra. The price of the rooms was decided in advance. Before arriving, we confirmed by phone and checked that everything was ok. The person on the... More

Sorry that you had this experience. It is very strange as we always accommodate local guides with all the groups staying in our Hotel. Our prices are fixed on our web site or other websites like booking. com ,so we cannot and do not raise or change our prices. Probably you are misled by your guide as he asked us... More

My friends and I chose this hotel based on reviews from trip advisor and we were not disappointed. The staff on site were very friendly and were present to assist us when we arrived at 2 am after a long journey. The rooms were simple and well kept. The free breakfast was basic but good enough to take you through... More

Had a great time, clean rooms, decent breakfast and evening front desk staff Hannie (not sure how his name is spelt) were amazing. Excellent location in the heart of Madaba. $2 shawarma meal place and convenience store across the street. Staff recommended an excellent driver to us Fakhry who made our stay excellent. We will visit again on our next... More

Judging by the area it was in and the value for money, this was a winner! Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was large and had a lovely big bed, so I was happy! Breakfast was nice and it had an excellent gift shop. Location was fine for seeing Madaba but near any nice restaurants.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, very nice rooms and good service. As with most of Jordan the hotel boundary is where all this stops. Madaba itself is grotty and does not have anything to offer me. Outside the hotel its almost grim, dirty, litter evrywhere, old building materials everywhere and almost unpleasant. Although we did feel safe and some shops are... More

We chose Mosaic City as it was no 1 on TA. And we found out why: it provides a good service, nice rooms (huge bed), good breakfast, parking - all coming at a fair price. Shops, restaurants and banks are all in a short walking distance.
