Our stay at the Mosaic City Hotel was a great experience. The family that owns the hotel was friendly and always helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent - hats off to their chef!

This place is situated in the hearty of the city. Everything is just nearby. The staffs were so nice and friendly. It's a family owned hotel run. They gave an excellent service. It is very superb!! two thumbs up for this hotel and to the owner. they even gave us a "sabon" as a complimentary.

Excellent, I was with a group and the hotel was clean updated the food was good and the service was way beyond what I expected. They treated us like family. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. They were in walking distance to some of the sites as well.

A great hotel in Madaba . We spent 2 nights here before we came home and it was really handy for the airport then. The food was beautiful and plentiful . Our room was lovely , spotless and well equipped with a huge bed and nice bathroom. Good wi fi downstairs and a nice shop with extremely reasonable things in... More

Mosaic City is a wonderful family owned hotel in a great small Jordanian city. Everything in our room was as you would expect. Good air conditioning, comfortable beds, quiet, and excellent staff. We only spent one night and chose to stay in Madaba for our last night before an early morning departure from Queen Alia but we would have loved... More

That was our best hotel in Jordan. Even if we have not received a really warm welcome. This hotel is at 20 minutes of easy walk from the downtown. It have many accomodation around it, it helps you to organise your picnic. The room was a little small, but it was confortable. Everything is clean and well maintained. The washroom... More

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly, well located and good value for money. Breakfast was included and whilst not a massive choice of cereals there was more than enough variety. There is a bar and pool table too which is great. Only be aware that most restaurants and bars allow smoking in Jordan. Fortunately the main restaurant in the hotel is a... More

Hotel was very nice as was the price. Stayed in the three twin beds room, which was a unique feature, but perfect for my group. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfy and room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was pretty good, between continental and cooked to order. I'm a bit of a coffee snob (strong and straight, no froo froo),... More

We stayed 2 nights in a family room with our two young children in this friendly and welcoming well located hotel. The quad room was spacious and like the rest of the hotel spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent too. The hotel is very close to the town centre with everything of interest within a 5-10 minute... More
