the rooms are clean and have space , the hotel is a mixture of family and relaxing , but I would like to bring the attention to the pools as there are different pools but the water needs to be treated by experts as the chloride is high in percentage , but overall it is wonderful and the food is... My wife and I who live in Havelock North New Zealand, were recently part of a 26 member Christian pilgrimage to the Holy Land-Jordan and Israel. We stayed at the Dead Sea Spa hotel for three nights at Sweimeh, right on the edge of the Dead Sea. Our room which was on the second floor, was on the eastern side... More

I have just returned from a two week stay at the Dead Sea Spa Hotel and can honestly say that I had a wonderful time. Granted, that upon check in, I did immediately want to leave. The hotel does need some work, but they have a new manager and a new chef who are both doing a fantastic job...I met... More

Stayed for over one week and was subject to some amazing jordanian hospitality. The check in was smooth and front desk are very informative about the local area and offers of assistance if I needed any help with tours or transportation. The rooms are spacious and offer some great views of the dead sea and hotel grounds which are well... More

I had a one-night stay here as part of a tour group. As soon as our bus pulled in, I noticed right away that the hotel was still under renovation. There was an entire side of the building that looked unfinished. Check in went as smoothly as it could for 35 people. Our double room was spacious with an ample-sized... More

Lovely hotel with a great variety of options for swimming and keeping occupied - plus the option of walking down for a float in the Dead Sea itself - with mud available if you want to plaster yourself. Then there are showers to clean up. Beautiful sunset - worth looking out for it as it can go down quiickly

I was very much looking forward to enjoying a nice day/night at the Dead Sea Spa Hotel. My boyfriend and I had just spent the past two days exploring Petra and we were tired and ready to relax on the beach. When we arrived at the Hotel we were immediately made to go threw a metal detector and told that... More

It's obvious that once this hotel has your money, they honestly don't care whether you're happy or not. We checked into the hotel in the late afternoon, and had pre-paid on Agoda. Upon entering the hotel, the security informed us we couldn't take our wine which we had bought from Madaba into the hotel or up to our room. I... More
