We stayed one night in the new wing on the way to Petra. Decent room, WiFi was stable, room service was prompt, breakfast was adequate. The hotel could do with a good clean up as there was bits of broken furniture lying around. The Dead Sea experience was fantastic and the kids enjoyed their time. Value for money.

the reception was not bad, the staff was trying the best to please us, the rooms are not bad, relatively clean there is a lot of mosquitoes, in the room which was preventing us form sleeping the hotel is well situated not far from Marriott and kempinski The biggest problem was the restaurant, it was horrible. Always the same choices... More

We found it odd that they demand payment in full up front until we stepped beyond the main lobby area. Then we encountered the following: The elevator out of service. Thankfully there was a polite bellboy who ported our bags. There was water leaking on tile floors everywhere, including our bathroom floor (from the toilet? the sink?). In the 3rd... More

If you're looking for a shabby Dead Sea experience, this is it. They demand payment up front, which should have been my tip-off to turn around and find another hotel. It's dirty, old and not clean. The elevator was out of service; the roof in the hallway leaked causing a small river to be constantly on the floor, which was... More

Stayed for four nights part of a Jordan package arranged by Holiday Place travel company. Prior to leaving the UK Holiday place contacted us and said we had been upgraded to Dead Sea Spa Hotel therefore we were really looking forward to our stay.Upon arrival front of house staff were rude and eventually allocated our hotel room. It was shaby... More

We stayed here for one night after camping in the wadi and it was very relaxing. There was free WiFi which was reasonably fast around the whole hotel and also a great sports bar area which showed football and sold a number of drinks. The only downsides were the expensive fees required to use the pool table and the table... More

The worst holiday hotel experience ever! The staff are lazy and rude. no towels at the pool before 9am, receptionists assume customers don’t know how a hotel operates and therefore don’t bother themselves to give you a reply to an enquiry. TV has 8 channels, 5 of which are not clear. when we requested maintenance, we had to call them... More

I am not a beach person at all. My experience with resort hotels is practically nil. So here I was, in a resort hotel on a beach. But hey, it is Dead Sea and swimming (or more like floating) in Dead Sea is The Thing to do. So for one night I experienced what many people only experience on their... More

In my opinion, this is a fabulous base for exploring the Dead Sea area, particularly since the price is the most reasonable in the area, it has great beach access, and the facilities are clean and the wifi is reliable. The Dead Sea Spa Hotel was the first hotel built in this area. The rooms were clean and the buffet... More

One of the best hotel in Jordan to be honest. I spend really great time there. Everything is almost perfect :) Nothing to complain on, maybe the access to the Dead Sea - its really far, but place for swim gorgeous. Almost forget - mosquito, if You like to sit and enjoy the view be prepared!
