You get what you pay for. The place is little bit torn apart. Wooden doors are half broken, rooms aren't really that clean, and showers aren't that nice. There are only certain times when you can use hot water. But having said that, it's perfectly ok place to stay. I don't think someone who's used to staying in backpackers spot... More

this is a very cheap hotel and what you get is what you pay for.... it is a good hotel for smokers as you are allowed to smoke everywhere... if you need help arranging for trips to the dead sea, aqaba, petra, wadi rumi or other places, the owner is quite willing to help... but it never hurts to learn... I have stayed at hundreds of hostels throughout the world, and this is the worst one. It is cheap. Very cheap. If you are a single woman travelling on your own, i wouldn't stay here. Stay at the Tower. It is excellent. It is a smoking place. If you're not a smoker, don't stay here. I am, so i was... More

First of all, I did not stay at the hotel. Although I'm surprised to see the comments here, as I have friends who have stayed here and were more than happy. I walked in without a booking and they were fully booked so I went to a nearby hotel. But when my hotel's WiFi was not working and I was... More

Take a look at the size of my unexpected roommate -- Mr. Cock Roach. Plus don't look under the lumpy bed for there was a used condom wrapper. The manager was super nice while smoking and being on the computer all day long. It would only take a minute to dust and stack the bookshelf to give it a clean... More

The location and relatively inexpensive price of the Mansour are probably its only redeeming qualities. The owner/manager (it was never really clarified) was relatively pleasant. Sure there's a free hot beverage in the smoke-laden lobby, but I would warn anyone against staying here. I am not a stranger to staying in hostels and am no means a "clean-freak", as I'll... More

I booked my stay at Manour based on reviews from Tripadvisor and some other sites, most of which were very positive. However, my own experience was not great. Louy, the owner, is a great guy and speaks great english and can help you out a lot. His friend is a taxi driver and so he arranges for taxis for the... More

I stayed briefly; checked in at 9pm, caught the JETT bus at 7am the next day. The guy who checked us in was helpful, very friendly and laid back. The room was monastic - a firm bed with clean sheets and hardly anything else in it. The toilet was very, very dirty. It can't have ever been cleaned. If you... More
