We arrived at this hotel to be told that the lift wasn't working so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. Breakfasts are poor, the choice but most of all the quality of the food. The dining room staff really hadn't a clue. The bar lacked any atmosphere which was probably due to the prices of the alcohol.... more

It was not so easy to find in beginning because we don't have a map, the hotel was in good location, rooms are as shown in the web site, very clean and calm. The security is reinforced in the entrance of hotel with scanner for bags... the breakfast was good and the staff realy take care of us. In the... more

They could easily improve this hotel to near 5 star quality. For example, there was no drinking water in the room when we arrived ("buy it at the restaurant") . There were no curtains on the window, just blockout drapes. Pillows were not good. The room was slightly dirty. Air conditioning did not work to cool the room. There was... more

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is not that well known to locals, but it was a pleasant surprise. It has a full purpose restaurant with a nice breakfast. Though we were there in the winter, we noticed that there is an outdoor swimming pool along with a tennis court on the grounds. The hotel is smallish but... more

The hotel is so filled with cigarette smoke that a nonsmoking room is not possible. The air quality is worse than any Vegas hotel I've ever stayed in. It creeps under your door. The "lounge" is one of the last places you'd want to relax to have a drink. The cooler they use for the one or two beers they... more

My tour company booked this hotel for me and it was said to be a 4 star hotel... but I couldn't see how it wasn't a 5 star hotel! The staff were extremely helpful & polite (most are from the hospitality school next door) and the hotel was spotless! The facilities were great - internet access, outdoor pool, restaurant &... more

This hotel was average in everything. Rooms looked rather worn out, thought kept clean. The restaurant was OK in both taste and price, but nothing great about it. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Not much more to say about this hotel, a safe bet, I guess. more
