I stayed here since it was the starting and ending hotel of my Jordan tour. When I first arrived here, I got a horrible room with no wifi and it was really dusty and the staff were really rude. Thankfully the lobby area and patio were nice and had good wifi there. On my last stay there, it was like... More

Best Hotel in Poor location. Wall to wall carpet, spacious rooms with all amenities. Tv's are outdated. Staff is so so cooperative. very good ambiance. Food is continental. Wi fi service is very poor and sometimes didn't get connection at all. But overall our experience was nice.

I was on a tour and paid the single supplement of only £45 for the week and got huge rooms for two nights at this hotel. Bit rough and ready but comfortable enough. I made the mistake of thinking I would use the hotel pool - I could have done but I would have been the only woman down there... More
