very basic rooms that are fairly outdated but comfortable and clean, did the job for the reasonable pricing. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, we arrived when the hotel was quiet and so the buffet dinner wasn't available but they cooked up an entire feast just for us two. there was free wifi and breakfast in the room. room... I stayed here last week and the rooms were exactly what i expected. We had everything we needed, comfortable beds, free Wifi and breakfast included with the room (granted the breakfast is your typical Bread, boiled egg, cheeses, Cereals etc.). We were only in our rooms at night to sleep and once in while would go down to the bar... More

Really a three and a half. On the upside: staff friendly, tried hard. Buffet breakfast and dinner were fine. Pool area very nice. Quiet area. Room was comfortable and we were pleased to be upgraded to a suite. Bathroom was clean. On the downside: dusty and a bit dirty. The towels by the pool, we were not sure if they... More

My family and I stayed at the Amman West Hotel for one night. We were looking for a not to expensive hotel with an outside pool to spend our last day in Amman with the kids. It started not to well with a not so friendly employee at the front desk. He did improve afterwards. The pool was clean and... More

if you are looking for a noisy hotel with staff who are not willing to respond to your demands this is your place. Drab interior and pool area where you will not be able to understand your own voice because of loud speaker blaring out cheap pop music.

Its a smart deal the reception area is large and well furnished but the furniture is worn and stained. The rooms are very basic but the shower was quite modern. Just a few pictures on the wall could have brightened it up a bit. Breakfast was basic and taken in a large but depressingly decorated restaurant. There is a swimming... More

Is the typical transit hotel that a traveller can use when arrives in Amman ready to depart the follwing day for other destinations in Jordan. It is situated in a residential area, but crowded of road and building works, so the sourrondings are really dusty. The lobby is a wannabe luxury of two decades ago, that means that at a... More

the hotel is terrible , the furniture old and the room was dirty not cleaned well, the breakfast quality was very poor with small selection of food as they told me there were no enough people to provide buffet breakfast, no WiFi accessed in the room only available in the lobby area. i do not recommend this hotel
