I stayed here on a late night arrival to Jordan, my partner and I were also planning on staying the night before our early morning return flight but opted to stay a 1.5 hour drive away and wake up at 4 in the morning rather then have to endure another night at this hotel. The staff at the front desk... More

this is a fairly typical airport hotel, apart from the tulip restaurant which is actually more like a bus station cafeteria in downtown Amman. DO NOT DRINK THE COFFEE! you have been warned... Plus, do not use DANY car hire that is inside the hotel, we waited 2 hours for our car & when it turned up we were shocked... More

This hotel fits the same standards found in business hotels around the world with a few extra surprises. The fresh fruit and complimentary bottled water was refreshing. The toiletries kit included conditioner and dental kits. Rooms were small by American standards. The food was good at the restaurant and the staff was friendly. I didn't swim in the pool but... More

The hotel itself is good, but be warned that it is not easy to find if you have just arrived by plane. (Google Maps shows it in the wrong position!) As you leave the airport, it is actually on the left before you reach the main road, on the south of the access road. However, it is very hard to... More

You wouldn't come here on holiday - but if your flight is arriving late & you need a place to stay then this is fine as an alternative to driving into Amman. We arrived midnight & left at 8am to drive to Petra. Breakfast is average, but you can still get a cup of coffee & something to snack on.... More

Arrived late at airport and was greeted and fast tracked through security, etc. Last year that took 2 hrs for the visa queue. Hotel staff friendly, communal areas, including restaurant, were clean and nicely decorated. Room was average - bathroom not very clean and worn, plenty of toiletries. Room service not too overpriced and generous portion. Comfy beds and very... More

My connecting flight got delayed so I had no choice but to stay in a hotel and since this is the only hotel with a counter inside the transfer area of the airport then I opted for this. The up's: - transit visa was taken care off by the hotel itself and I went through immigration and customs in a... More

Amman Airport Hotel in Jordan is one of the very best and nice hotel I ever stay with my entire travel. They have a very good and satisfactory place where you can relax, rooms are very clean, the outside amenities are very beautiful, the staffs are very nice and accomodating. Special thanks to Sir Ahmad in Supervisor of Housekeeping, I... More

I'd like to say that though my stay here was brief, I had a rough landing. I lost my luggage, I felt like the service here was basic; no one went out of their way to make it comfortable for me. As a matter of fact, each time I wanted something, I had to go make a call at the... More

I don't really understand all the positive reviews for this hotel. The rooms are pretty shabby, the restaurant is average and the service is completely non-existent. If you're staying here for convenience for a flight, ok, other than that... Don't do it!!!
