We had an almost 12 hr lay over and we were provided free rooms by Royal Jordanian in this hotel.  Upon arrival at Queen Alliah Int'l Airport, the hotel representative assisted us in getting our transit visa/pass from the immigration officer. He even helped us wih our luggage as it was only checked in through Amman. At the hotel, not... More

Again it was PHENOMENAL! Food, service, room, staff, everything. Just terrific! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay at this beautiful hotel EVERYTIME I'm in the area! :) On site hairdresser serving both male and female clientele, gated secure drive in entrance, shuttle to Queen Alia airport, moderately priced well stocked gift shop, well laid out Fatir buffet and self... I needed a place to stay while I waited 11 hours for my flight and this seamed the logical choice as it is so close even though the price is a little high... but the place is no where near worth the price they charged as I have had several problems. First and foremost, the toilet had not been properly... More

Stayed overnight here at the end of our holiday as we had an early flight to catch the next morning. Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel when we arrived. Yes the reception area was busy, but the front of house staff were very much on top of it all. The hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms were clean and functional,... More

We use this hotel as a transit hotel during our outward and return flight to and from Sri Lanka. it's a decent hotel. they arranged free transport from the hotel to the airport. the beds are very comfortable but I didn't like the food. apart from that the hotel has a good Arabic atmosphere. The staff are very good. the... More

I have used it 3 times already, this is my 4th time. I find the serivice occasionally good, but mostly not. This hotel is used by Royal Jordanian to accommodate delayed passengers and those with long layovers. This is chaotic at times at the lobby.. I did want to buy some food the other day at their Deli, and was... More

Spent a night here because of early flight in the next morning. Does the job; nothing fancy, but quiet rooms, good bed and basic breakfast. ( allthough, room service food was surprisingly good ! ) Also, transportation to the Airport is free, easy 5 min ride. Would go again.
