This hotel is free to all Royal Jordanian airline transit passengers, you get the vouchers after landing at the RJ transit desk. You will also save transfer and visa costs estimated at $100 per person. The hotel is good with small comfortable rooms, but not much more to do. Reception staff are helpful, we received 2 nice rooms on level... More

We spent a night here after a late night flight at end of August 2015. Although we booked well in advance, it took reception a long time to locate our reservation (they saved it under our first name and haven’t realised it). The room is equipped with all the necessities but not very clean, and its maintenance is quite poor... More

Had to stay here for a night as I was between flights. The lobby was incredible and made the hotel seem very fancy. The rooms were not that great though but not terrible. They definitely need to be upgraded, but you still had all your basics. I would recommend this hotel only if you need to be right next to... More

Very near the airport but that's where the positive feedback stops! We stayed in room 302. Besides getting to the hotel before 23h00 and finding that the bar is already shut - although it is weekend - we had to find that the water bottles in our room was dirty and oily on the outside and already opened - just... Besides the convenience of this hotel being located near the airport I would not recommend staying here. The hotel is very overpriced and looks like a rundown motel. It seems as if they took the time to redo the lobby and entrance to the hotel but they clearly have not spent time or money updating the rooms.

Yuck. For $200, one would expect better. Think an old Motel 6. But when you arrive after midnight, there's not a lot of options. The service to the airport was excellent, however. A hotel representative escorted us all the way from the hotel until we had checked our bags. This contributed to the review being average rather than poor.

This hotel has always been crap. When they changed name a few years ago we thought it would get better, but not really. We use the airport hotel since we live in Aqaba. Either we drive into the city, and then drive back passed the hotel the next day, or we go for this option. We end up here 2-3... More

Since we didn't want to be in the city, we thought that just staying by the airport when arriving at night made more sense than driving the wrong direction from Petra to stay at a downtown hotel. And we still think that was the right decision, and knowing what we know now, we would do it again, First - the... More

We stayed here for 1 night in June before flying back home. After checking in, we requested to have the room changed as our room was smelling, there was a strong odour in the room and in the bathroom. The second room was not much better. For what it is, I it was very expensive. I would not stay here... More
