We went there last week to see my sisters in laws, and it was a very special occasion as he proposed to my sister there! we stayed late enjoying the place and the excellent service from the bartender Waleed and also his supervisor Mousa and all of the staff in general, , but Waleed is really amazing! Clearly, an airport hotel is not going to be a dream destination with cavernous rooms but this hotel is efficient and friendly enough. I've seen cleanliness comments here but we had no reason to complain as our room and the public areas we encountered were very clean and tidy. Where this hotel stands out is its collection service. You can arrange... More

My flight was cancelled because of weather, so Lufthansa (can't wait to review them) put all of us on a bus to this nearby hotel. The lobby looked okay, although the staff was clearly overwhelmed by all of the incoming guests. When I finally got to the room, I was greeted with a "surprise" someone left ion they toilet and... Amman Airport Hotel is conveniently located 3 minutes from the Queen Alia Airport and they provide pickup and transfer both ways free of charge. The hotel is OK, clean & quiet, but a little too expensive for the value it offers. On the other hand, it is the location you pay for, as there is no other option nearby. There... More

This hotel (ex-Golden Tulip Amman Airport, as you can tell from the signage and the logos / restaurant name) is an airport hotel. It is designed to service the need of travellers stopping for one or two nights. They provide an excellent pickup service from the airport, collecting you before passport control, walking you through customs, into the bus, off... More

We stayed here for the same reason many other travelers stayed here, because of the proximity to the airport. This hotel is terrible. It is the equivalent of a 2.5 star hotel in the US. It was freezing outside but our room was at 70 degrees. I turned on the air conditioner but it kept blowing hot air. I turned... More

I was in transit with Jordan airlines so I was transported in a shuttle to this hotel where very friendly staff welcomed me. Not only its location is very convenient but the room is big, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom has all the necessary amenities and to top it the breakfast and lunch were excellent. In one word I... More

You would only stay here if your flight was leaving really early in the morning, so a bad review probably isn't going to deter you, but don't expect your moneys worth. We went for a beer in the sports bar after checking in with the unfriendly receptionist and I was given a dirty glass (washing powder residue I think) ok,... More
