We stayed at the Toledo for one night, just before flying out of Amman. I went with Trip Advisors' recommendations and got pretty much what I expected. The hotel is a little dated and the rooms are functional, if a little tired. However, they are more than adequate and we were give a free upgrade to a suite (essentially a... More

We booked into this hotel for 2 nights en-route to Jerusalem and were not disappointed. Reception staff was very helpful, especially Najam. I had loads of questions as it was my first time doing this kind of adventure trip and we were not in a group but just a couple. Some of the pictures are not accurate as the hotel... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour of Jordan. The hotel is well located in a quiet area of downtown but still within a 10 minute walk of a mall and shopping area with many restaurants and other amenities. Staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel had a good restaurant with a nice spread of Western and... More

My family & I stayed there for three nights. Average mid range hotel. Bathroom is in need of repairs.Easy taxi ride to most locations downtown . I was particularly interested in Islamic history. Hotel recommended a superb guide, Khalid. He speaks good English & is extremely knowledgeable.

Excellent value hotel: impeccably polite and well trained staff; helpful ordering taxis and organizing excursions if needed. Only 15 minute walk from Jett bus station which runs to Petra - a must visit! Good fresh food at the buffet lunch or dinner: will also oblige with packed lunches for days out. Hotel beautifully clean throughout.

My friend and I stayed here two nights and thought for the price, it was decent. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was fairly average for a 3*. There was internet in the lobby as well which appeared to work sporadically. The gym downstairs has the basic amenities and the equipment all appeared to be in good working... More

my husband and I stayed here as part of our "On the Go" tour in Jordan. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. we had a room in the basement and there was a working lift. Our room was quite big, with a queen sized bed (quite firm), a reasonable sized bathroom and a kind of empty area which... More

Full disclosure: I was at this hotel for only about 7 hours, maybe a little less. Late night arrival and out the door the next morning at 8:00 a.m. There’s nothing *wrong* with this place as far as I can tell, but there’s nothing special or warm or welcoming about it either. Large room with very firm mattress and old... More

This hotel is neither far nor close to the market where you can actually do some shopping. You need to hire a taxi to go to the market close by. This hotel has very clean and neat rooms. Wi-fi being offered free in the lobby can be extended to the rooms as well. Food was very good. On specifically ordering... More
