Visited this hotel on two occasions, I would say it's between 3 and 4 stars. Good service, especially breakfast and dinner. I enjoyed my time and the staff were helpful. It is not very far from the main town centre so it's very convenient if you want to check out the sites and sounds of the city.

A very good location near to the airport bus, the room was nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful, English spoken, Old part of town is a few minutes walk away with plenty of Jordanain food available.

I booked the single room and got fair one. It's safe for lady who travels alone. all hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They treat me with courteous and very polite. Only problem that i had was A/C. It didn't work well. Anyhow, i left the hotel for my trip and got back for few more nights. The hotel staff... More

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, great restaurant which served among other things, authentic Jordanian food. Unfortunately, the stay was brief as we were on the last leg of our Holy Land Tour. Happy to see that it had received Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence over the years. However, located right on the kerb of a busy street, it was a little... More

The interior of the rooms is fine if you plan to be out exploring the city during the day. Value for money is OK. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is a 5 to 10 Minute drive from the old part of town. The young and hip part is a 20 minute drive.

The staff at Toledo hotel are the most professional of any hotel staff I have witnessed in Amman. They are helpful, kind, and professional. Breakfast is adequate. Booking was easy and I was able to get the special rate for an extra day. However, the smell of cigarette smoke is too much. I requested a non-smoking room and the room... More

We stayed at The Toledo Amman for 3 nights in mid April 2014 and found this hotel to be clean and as well situated as any other in Amman. The breakfast buffet was large and varied and the staff pleasant and always ready to assist. William

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel which was too long. The reviews here on TripAdvisor are very misleading. For an almost 100 USD per night hotel I would have expected more. The room was adequet but very run down. The air-conditioning was a joke the temperature would go from cold to hot several times in a night. It was... More

I've chosen this hotel based on the reviews, and I found this hotel overrated. We've stayed here 2 nights in the beginning of our Jordan trip and another night just before the flight back home. First Stay 2 nights: Our room was dated, small, not well maintained at all, smelly, dirty (hairs all over the room/bathroom, dusty, stains especially on... More
