Nice hotel with clean basic rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here on 2 different occasions on our trip to Jordan and do try to get a renovated room. Breakfast in our opinion was good - mixture between west and middle east. point of improvement in my opinion was the shower curtain in the bathroom - I... More

It's very good for a 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast will suit all. Reception is on the ground floor but the rest of the hotel is below this level because it is on a hillside so rooms on floor 7 mean you don't have to use the lift or stairs.

I stayed here with four friends for three nights. The Hotel is litterally up side down, with the entrance and reception at the top and the last floor at down since it follows the hillside. Funny. The staff is friendly, very polite and helpful. The breakfast was extremely good and varied as well as the dinner (natural marmalade and jams, delicious... More

Location is OK. It has two entrances - one is on the back which is actually the main entrance and the car drop off. The other on the front is facing the weekly market and close to the big mosque and churches. Guests can access from the front entrance but please check with hotel about the opening hours of the... We stayed at the Toledo hotel for two nights on a bed and breakfast basis. This hotel was chosen by the tour company we were using, so we didn't have too much say in the matter. No internet in the rooms, but it works fine in the lobby area. Breakfast was decent, with local offerings such as hummus, labneh, and... More

We arrived very early in Amman, and were kindly given early check in and breakfast for a small fee. Our room was nice and clean and well fitted out, comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the toilet leaked so we had to relocate to a second room. Despite being a non-smokers room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke, so management obliged our request to... More

We are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure our guests are well attended to even if that takes the entire staff to be at your service at a moments notice. Please accept our apology... More

I stayed here while on a work trip and it fitted the needs of my visit. The room was as expected and the buffet food was nice. I was surprised that there was no water put out in the room as this seems a standard for all other hotels I stay in. The staff were mostly very helpful and friendly.... More
