We stayed at this hotel for one night. Our room was smoke-free, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The AC worked fine. We had free wifi. Our room was smaller than those in the professional photos. We ate dinner in their restaurant. We were the only ones in there but the... More

The hotel was located in a good area, the large room and the bathroom were nicely design. - The breakfast was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The personnel was nice and helpfull The room was dirty and it was obvious it was not cleaned properly. There was dust on the floor (plenty behind the door), hair on the bathroom sink, shower and... I stayed at the Gardenia Hotel for 10 days during a recent work trip to Amman. The hotel is clean and comfortable as you'd expect for a hotel at this price but the service was superb. All staff were thoughtful and kind, helping with ideas on where to go in Amman and finding me a driver for a longer trip... More

Gardenia hotel was my choice based on other reviews. Indeed, I did not have to feel dissapointment. Friendly reception, good Arabian breakfast, usable free wifi. As someone else experienced, I also got free upgrade from regular room to a suit. Properly clean and well maintained, especially for Jordan. However, taxi drivers downtown tend not to know it, I even had... More

The hotel is located in the residential center of the city. Traffic around the hotel is very bad especially during peak hours. Traffic is specially terrible if you are going to and from South Amman. Hotel itself is very average. Small cramped rooms. Only Heater works, AC doesn't work at all. I wonder its the same case during summer. The... More

Triple room booked, room stocked for only 2 people. 2 towels 2 glasses 2 bottles of water. 1 old blanket on spare bed, not even sheets. Very noisy nightclub nearby playing loud music late into the night. Breakfast simple. Boiled eggs seemed safest option. On checkout we were asked if we had touched the mini bar, we replied no as...
