£1 = 1.13 dinars The hotel is quite modern with excellent service and good english throughout the hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed but the standard rooms are a tad on the small size and the lower floors are one giant conductor for noise as there is a bowling alley and club in the basement and we were... more

The hotel was clean and secure. Rooms are large in a good area of Amman. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. Food is a little pricey ... try the 'happy hour' for reduced price drink 6-8pm daily. I would go again. more

We stayed here for 2 nights, but didn't get much chance to explore from there. The room was fine, although slightly dusty when we got there. The lifts had a mind of their own, whilst the service at breakfast was desperate - it took 3 attempts to get a cup of tea. Having siad that the food was good and... more

This hotel served a purpose as we were staying in Amman for 2 nights before travelling on to Petra. We were upgraded to a bedroom suite with a balcony, this was very spacious with many many cupboards, very comfortable bed and a sitting room attached. The decor is quite dark, ie dark blue with dark wood fittings, quite gloomy. The... more

A centrally located hotel in Amman with excellent staff. The rooms are a little small but good. The dining room is somewhat utilitarian in decor. The quality of the food at breakfast is excellent but the problem lies in the anarchy that reigns over the whole experience - not vastly different from that experienced on Jordanian roads. On this occasion,... more

This is a very comfortable hotel and the rooms are well and thoughtfully equiped. generally the staff are helpful and couteous, but the dinning room is chaotic. We stayed there for 2 nights in October 2009. At breakfast on the first morning we had to search for cutlery ourselves (raiding other tables nearby) and neither tea nor coffee materialised. It... more

Perfectly good hotel so we were happy with our choice for 2 nights for about £130 per night including breakfast. We booked a standard room but got upgraded to a deluxe room which was okay - nothing special and to be honest I would have liked to have seen a standard room because our deluxe room appeared like a fairly... more

I spent a lovely weekend in Amman while staying at Kempinski. I was escorted to my room with a view to the entire city of Amman which is incredibly beautiful in the night and found nice local souveniar as a gift in my room. Being late for breakfast in the restaurant I have ordered roomservice, my order came quick, was... more
