Stayed there for one night. It was a very noisy room owing to the main road.Glad it was only one night. The food was not bad but was certainly the worst of all the hotels we stayed in Jordan and Israel. We stayed in a total of six hotels at the time of writing this review.3 of which were in Jordan.... Rooms were clean, and had all you would need for amenities, staff friendly. Breakfast adequate. Drinks (non and alcoholic were super pricy 7.50jod for a small beer) .. Hotel is in a residential area so need to taxi everywhere (taxis are cheap as long as they are on the meter) Gift shop had the best prices after 7 days of... More

Stayed in this hotel for a business trip. It was recommended by my office because it was close. Would certainly not recommend it to anyone I know. Reception staff aggressive and discourteous. Rooms not well kept. Fridge barely works, water faucet in the bathroom sink clogged and they would not fix it and cleanliness mediocre. Breakfast very bad - limited... More

Stayed here on a work trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the location is pretty average, the rooms are dark and in poor repair, the whole hotel is really not kept to a high standard of cleanliness and the restaurant food is terrible. I feel bad submitting this review because really the staff try hard, but for... More

Very average! Not too clean, not too nice. Breakfast very basic. Too far to go for a nice walk. In your room air conditioner didn't work, we had problems with toilet. Room was quite small and a little bit depressing. Internet very low in the room.

Rather depressing air about this hotel, very faded and not in a great location (can't walk anywhere). Disappointing food and bathroom in desparate need of a makeover - re-grouting. Incredibly noisy aircon - turned it off and eventually after 25 mins the din stopped. To the positive, the bed was v comfortable and the free Jordan Times in the lobby... More

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Rooms were spacious( suite).Had some trouble with the extra bed but that was settled amicably. Breakfast was good and sumptuous. Staff was helpful and friendly. Though it is in the outskirts the location is good.

Spent 2 nights at the Imperial palace Amman. It isn't close to the city but it;s just a cheap taxi ride in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipt and the hotel has many modern facilities. Safe and secure. Meals were tasty, breakfast offered a good choice. Down side smoking allowed in lobby. Hard to avoid...
