Stayed here for a couple of nights at beginning and end of tour of Jordan. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Food was okay, but limited due to Ramadan, with set menu. Nothing to do in this hotel though for travellers as the hotel is situated on a very busy highway and too far from any of the local amenities.... More

Stay here if you want to experience bad customer service, dirty accommodation, wet carpets, unhelpful Manager and so on and so on. I forgot, also if you are a woman and want to be thrown out of your room in the early hours of the morning because the Manager chose to sleep rather than listen to you.

I stayed in this hotel for business. The propertyis very old. It used to be under Carlton brand before and you can still see some signs of it, but it is by far not Carlton. Old, not refurbished rooms, dirty swimming pool, the gym is "under renovation". Breakfast is very average, rather on the poor side. Wi-Fi is terribly slow

Stayed here for 2 nights and although overall the hotel was OK - clean + at a reasonable price - the rooms we were given were noisy. In addition, breakfast was disappointing with little choice and the facilities were in need of updating - I had to put my toast through the machine 5 times + then gave up as... More

This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel, I returned because it is the best hotel that I have found in Amman -- for the money. There are cheaper hotels, and there are much better hotels, but this gives me what I need -- a comfortable room, working bathroom, and breakfast -- all at a low... More

It seemed like a moot point. When would I ever be back to Amman? Why bother reviewing this hotel? I was so unhappy with the situation in the lobby that I want to warn others. I realize that hotels do not pick their guests, but they can and should make their lobby welcoming. Smoke is not welcoming. The room was... More

We recently stayed for one night at this hotel in January 2015. This was the first hotel where my luggage passed through an xray machine and I had to walk through a metal detector, perhaps because of the hotel's proximity to a government building next door. Interestingly, no one looked at the XR machine images and I doubt that the... More

Stayed there for one night. It was a very noisy room owing to the main road.Glad it was only one night. The food was not bad but was certainly the worst of all the hotels we stayed in Jordan and Israel. We stayed in a total of six hotels at the time of writing this review.3 of which were in Jordan.... Rooms were clean, and had all you would need for amenities, staff friendly. Breakfast adequate. Drinks (non and alcoholic were super pricy 7.50jod for a small beer) .. Hotel is in a residential area so need to taxi everywhere (taxis are cheap as long as they are on the meter) Gift shop had the best prices after 7 days of... More

Stayed in this hotel for a business trip. It was recommended by my office because it was close. Would certainly not recommend it to anyone I know. Reception staff aggressive and discourteous. Rooms not well kept. Fridge barely works, water faucet in the bathroom sink clogged and they would not fix it and cleanliness mediocre. Breakfast very bad - limited... More
