Bristol is a good 4-star hotel with comfortable, cozy rooms, nice beds and pillows and a nice flat screen TV. Food is average, but the FREE ROOM WIFI more than made up for that. This is by far the only hotel I stayed in in the Middle East that had free WIFI in the rooms. This is a big plus... More

Nice hotel, full of friendly, smiling staff, very helpful and good English proficiency. Situated in west Amman, near the Rainbow Str., with large parking lot and beautiful outer swimming pool and garden. Spa center with steam room, sauna, gym and jacuzzi (all free of charge). I must note one souvenir shop in the hotel and very, very pleasant merchant, who... More

We stayed at the Bristol Hotel on a leisure trip to Jordan. For those visiting Amman the hotel offers a comfortable, but standard, 4-star experience. It is handy to the airport (but, if you're driving yourself, make sure you have sat-nav) and to the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful with all our requirements. The room was clean and... I have few comments aside of being a nice and clean hotel. First, the hidden TV is really a bad idea (only people sitting on bed can watch it). Very thin separator between room, so you can listen to whatever happening in the adjacent room. bad food quality at the restaurant. i didn't have the chance to visit the Disco,... More

Very disappointing! I've been with my aunt in this hotel for 3 days, and it was horrible! Just to clarify, we are not picky persons… First when we arrived, our room, probably was designated to other person, there was a welcome letter for others. There was a door between our room and another one, we could hear everything that people... More

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Getting taxi's was no problem & the staff always advised us of the correct price to pay. Unlike poor friends staying at "better" hotels such as the Four Seasons who had a minumum 6 dinar charge per ride when we were getting them for 1/2 a... More

I stayed here a few days ago as I spent the last year in Iraq and my company uses this hotel for our overnight stay before our journey back to the U.S. I and the others in my group were extremely pleased with out stay. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The service was great, the entire hotel... More
