The hotel is good. You can enjoy the hotel facilities, pool, etc... You can also enjoy the buffet on your breakfast with a wide variety of food. You just have to avoid the upper level room because it will be a bit noisy because of the night on the rooftop of the hotel

We actually didn't stay there but went to a restaurant at the 8th floor (forgot the name) it it huge with couches and tv screens and band. They serve hubbly bubbly in a closed place so it is not good for non-smokers. We ordered food and it reached late and very cold (wings and mozzarella sticks) so not tasty at... More

the rooms are ok, the breakfast and dinner too, .... but the service is horrible. We were there for one week for business with some colleagues. Finally we changed the Hotel. The front desk clerks tried to increase the prizes for rooms, they called me during the night, woked me up and asked for trivial things. The payment with credit... More

Despite the promotional literature, this is not a luxury hotel. I would say it is equivalent to a Western three-star. My room was a good size, with a sitting area, desk and king-size bed. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, although seriously outdated. There were missing chunks of mortar on one wall, and the shower... More

This is our first stop in Jordan. We arrived late and headed out early. On the outside it looks simple, but not inside. I liked the lobby area and although small was nice with marble and the furniture was not shabby but classic. The suite was a good size, comfortable, clean and free internet, liked the various available bath accessories.... More

This was not a 5 star hotel but it was good enough. Room furniture is really outdated. The hotel was probably 5 stars 15 years ago and they never did any updates after that. The staff and customer service were good. Hotel location is ok not to far from some nice shopping. I suggest Bristol to do some updating.

I was on a short business trip to Amman recently and stayed at the Bristol, in the 5th circle. It's a nice hotel (with good security) and the staff are very eager to make your stay even better. It was nice to come during the Holy Month of Ramadan, because I could see the extra effort the hotel was making... More

Breakfast - all items were cold except the fresh cooked omelette, Room - comfortable, but a little shabby, cleaning isnt overly perfect but was able to get a good sleep, A friend staying on another floor did complain that he was able to... The rooms are old and smell a bit mouldy. although it is "tidy" (is that good enought for a 5 star hotel?) - The staff are blaze and unprofessional - The breakfast is below average and when I requested to have breakfast outside, they said no "because everyone is inside" - not a good reason...lazy. I had work early in... More
