This is our first stop in Jordan. We arrived late and headed out early. On the outside it looks simple, but not inside. I liked the lobby area and although small was nice with marble and the furniture was not shabby but classic. The suite was a good size, comfortable, clean and free internet, liked the various available bath accessories.... More

This was not a 5 star hotel but it was good enough. Room furniture is really outdated. The hotel was probably 5 stars 15 years ago and they never did any updates after that. The staff and customer service were good. Hotel location is ok not to far from some nice shopping. I suggest Bristol to do some updating.

I was on a short business trip to Amman recently and stayed at the Bristol, in the 5th circle. It's a nice hotel (with good security) and the staff are very eager to make your stay even better. It was nice to come during the Holy Month of Ramadan, because I could see the extra effort the hotel was making... More

Stayed for two nights in this hotel, in a room in the same block as the reception. Breakfast - all items were cold except the fresh cooked omelette, Room - comfortable, but a little shabby, cleaning isnt overly perfect but was able to get a good sleep, A friend staying on another floor did complain that he was able to... The rooms are old and smell a bit mouldy. although it is "tidy" (is that good enought for a 5 star hotel?) - The staff are blaze and unprofessional - The breakfast is below average and when I requested to have breakfast outside, they said no "because everyone is inside" - not a good reason...lazy. I had work early in... More

This is one of the worse hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is actually two buildings, one old and one is rather new. We were given a room in the old building and we were told that the new part is full! The rooms stink and the windows can't be opened. The A/C runs on heat only. When we... More

26.04.15 to 28.04.15 i have been staying in Bristol Amman. -The service was terrible, the waiters in the restaurant attending breakfast got no manners, and actually sound rude. The food in average, but if you will request an omelet you will regret. -The night club with arabic life music is super loud and it is works daily till 2.30. You... More

Directly located in the 8th floor of the hotel, the AG's Bar, a very big and nice bar, with a wide variety of drinks, you can also have some snacks as well. It is somehow expensive, which is normal for that 5 Stars hotel, as for a Draught beer you have to pay 9 JD (Approx. 12.5 USD), but it... More

My daughters and I stayed here from March 25-April 1. We were in Amman for a wedding at the Bristol. When we entered our room, it was stuffy and warm. We were told that the air conditioners are turned off because it was winter even though it was warm outside. It was very hard to sleep. They did bring us... More
