The hotel is goo dinterms of the rooms and facilities, i stayed there two weeks in mid NOvember and mid december 2011 . I was actually organizing two activities of my organization in the hotel and they showed alot of cooperation via offline communication but when we were on the ground they became so stiff and didnot provide much help.... As part of our pre booked tour, we stayed the first two and the last night in the Landmark. A total rip off and never a 5 star Hotel by Western European Standards. The rooms are loud and noisy, staff is unhelpful. The quality and variety of food is very basic and boring. The restaurant looks like a canteen rather... More

Some examples witnessed during my 3 night stay: Linens not changed, room not vacuumed (even upon arrival), same unwashed glasses used (they think that placing a nice paper lid will make difference). Bathroom toilet seat cover soiled (sorry). Upon complaining, housekeeping would come and redo the room very willingly and apologetically every time... But it became frustrating to have to... More

The non-smoking room was nice...clean, fresh linens, with a comfortable bed and free WIFI. Staff were very friendly and helpful, although the dinning room staff knew very little English. Our freinds were on the 8th floor and the hallways up there were filled with gigarette smoke! We learned late in the night that the AC wasn't working! Our trip schedule... More

Stayed one night. Rooms were large, but needed update ASAP. Wireless Internet service in room was nice touch. The washrooms need refurb. Breakfast was okay, but the setting of the tables was very uncomfortable.... A 3 stars experience at best. The hotel has good potential. Nice location in amman. More

Stayed in the hotel for one night, starting a trip through Jordania. Check-in was OK, rooms were spacious but curtains could use a cleaning. Great view from the roof-top bar, but the bar itself gave the impression it was closed, though all drinks that were requested, were available. The music was a little bit to modern for a rather middle... More

not bad hotel but not that much in terms of bathroom cleanlines, food, classic furniture, and security stuff. However, very good location in the heart of Jordan Capital (Amman) that close from everything. More

Stayed in this hotel in March 2012. Check-in was a little chaotic and it took some time to find the reservation. The lobby area and restaurants look ok, but the rest of the hotel is old and worn. The room itself is spacious. The bath room was in a very poor condition. Tiles were cracked, the sink was loose, the... More

The Landmark hotel is located in the center of Amman, a short walk or taxi ride from main sightseeing. It is a good quality hotel with fine accomodation, good breakfast buffet, working wifi system and good service. I booked a normal room and was upgraded to a suite the size of a small apartment. The only flaw was the elevator... More

A nice hotel with proper security arrangements in place. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. Rooms are very good. Total ambience is mediocre. Lobby is dull and drinks are over priced. Lacking in cultural sensitivity. Would recommend for business travellers. More
