I had a conference and stayed 3 nights at this hotel! The food was great and the service was good! But the heating system was set to HOT & the weather demanded using a cold AC! We had to open the windows all night & the loud noise outside prevented us from sleeping! We reviewed with the reception & they... More

Just an overnight stay in a comfortable room and despite being above the lobby, the window sealed out traffic noise from the busy street outside. There is nothing of interest in outside, a car dealer, a couple of mobile phone shops. There's a discount supermarket two blocks away where locals shop. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are fine, with... More

Big rooms, good buffet breakfast, excellent helpful and smiling staff makes it a very good value for money. However, connecting to Wi-Fi is always a challenge. I stayed on 3rd floor which has larger rooms. The breakfast is good collection of continental with a live counter. There's a grocery store next door and walking distance to the Galleria mall. Behind... More

Stayed here for one night and will not be rushing back. Good things..friendly service and central location. Not so good ....very noisy front and back, tried two rooms both heavy smell of smoke, average breakfast,no bar. Poor,no water provided other than in mini bar which you have to pay for.

We stayed one night here en route to Petra from Jerash, and it served it's purpose. The staff were fine, and the bedroom pleasant enough, and the restaurant was attractive and clean, but one couldn't get an alcoholic drink and the food was not up to the standard we'd come to expect in Israel at more modest hotels.

The room size is average with no wifi accessibility. An electric kettle is provided but the condiments were not. We were there two nights and no refill of tea bags or coffee sachets were made. The bathroom is big and clean. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay and they were good. We did most walks at night and... More

Really had good stay there. The moment you step inn you feel the hospitality of the place and people. I stayed there for three days and it was a very good choice. At the beginning I thought the price was high but then when I tried the service it is good value for money. The location on the seventh circle... More

We stayed here for two nights. I needed to print out, sign, and return some important business documents while I was on vacation. Mohammed at the front desk was very helpful, and helped me all the logins and faxing. He made a difference for me. What could have been a very difficult, stressful task was made much easier by his... the trip was started off by the hotel cancelling our reservation and forcing us to book another room and pay for it upfront in cash. the following day when the issue was resolved by the travel agency they refused to return our money and held it until checkout even though the room was paid for. throughout the process the staff...
