Before booking this hotel I confess I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews of this hotel on this site. However I should mention that the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. The buffet breakfast was varied and had very good quality. Negative points: to get... More

I was there only for breakfast and a quick clean up before leaving Jordan to Israel. Too bad I didn't have the chance to took a photo for the room and the hotel. I just manage to took one photo of the view right from the front door. But it is actually pretty good hotel, although the hotel is very... More

I highly recommend this hotel as the staff are very good especially the room service. Very spacious rooms . Restaurant had good food and we were lucky to see a local wedding being celebrated inside the hotel itself. Quite centrally located and I would definitely like to stay in the same hotel on my next visit!

Frankly, we lowered our expectations about hotels in Jordan before coming. Once there, we asked the staff for help with locks, phones, internet, food, etc. And the staff was very gracious. They even let me call our tour manager on their phone. We had a clean room & simple food. Do ask for non-smoking as it is very common. I... More

Inevitably, there are good and bad things to say about any hotel and the Geneva is no exception. What was good about it? Well, staff were generally excellent and extremely helpful, especially when it came to making travel arrangements. They were courteous and went the extra mile to arrange travel for me. I depended heavily on this service and was... More

The hotel is located in a central location. Friendly staff. Good food & services. Nice swimming pool. good facilities. We arrived late. The check-in was smooth & all our luggage were promptly send to our rooms whilst we went for our dinner. We like the buffet breakfast.

We were part of a tour group, and stayed 2 different times at the hotel. The first time we had a suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room and dining room. The second time a regular but smaller room. The second room had a plumbing and smoke smell. Both stays were good---clean rooms and big lobby area. The restaurant was... More

The service was warm and welcoming and the staff were well presented and professional. Forewarned, I requested a non-smoking room at the back (pool-side) of the hotel and was content with it. My biggest query is the lack of female staff. As a woman traveler, I began to feel somewhat unnerved by the total lack of women working at the... More

"Why are you going to Jordan? Aren't you afraid?!" Well, I must admit, I was a tad nervous about going especially with my family in tow. I needn't have been. Don't believe everything you see on TV. Jordan is welcoming to everyone, including Americans. I would go back again in a heart beat. The Paradox Family were whisked from the... More

I stayed at the Geneva hotel for three days at the start of a business trip to Amman. The staff is extremely friendly and try to be as helpful as they can. But the hotel is SO LOUD! It's 9:50pm on a Wednesday night and the bass from the dj at a wedding party in the basement is thumping through... More
