Inevitably, there are good and bad things to say about any hotel and the Geneva is no exception. What was good about it? Well, staff were generally excellent and extremely helpful, especially when it came to making travel arrangements. They were courteous and went the extra mile to arrange travel for me. I depended heavily on this service and was... More

The hotel is located in a central location. Friendly staff. Good food & services. Nice swimming pool. good facilities. We arrived late. The check-in was smooth & all our luggage were promptly send to our rooms whilst we went for our dinner. We like the buffet breakfast.

We were part of a tour group, and stayed 2 different times at the hotel. The first time we had a suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room and dining room. The second time a regular but smaller room. The second room had a plumbing and smoke smell. Both stays were good---clean rooms and big lobby area. The restaurant was... More

The service was warm and welcoming and the staff were well presented and professional. Forewarned, I requested a non-smoking room at the back (pool-side) of the hotel and was content with it. My biggest query is the lack of female staff. As a woman traveler, I began to feel somewhat unnerved by the total lack of women working at the... More

"Why are you going to Jordan? Aren't you afraid?!" Well, I must admit, I was a tad nervous about going especially with my family in tow. I needn't have been. Don't believe everything you see on TV. Jordan is welcoming to everyone, including Americans. I would go back again in a heart beat. The Paradox Family were whisked from the... More

I stayed at the Geneva hotel for three days at the start of a business trip to Amman. The staff is extremely friendly and try to be as helpful as they can. But the hotel is SO LOUD! It's 9:50pm on a Wednesday night and the bass from the dj at a wedding party in the basement is thumping through... More

I have been to this hotel for a very short visit only for two nights, to attend a workshop meeting nearby. In General, the hotel is in a good location with an easy ride from the airport and away from any traffic. The room was clean and tidy. I still have number of comments to mention for the hotel management... More

My wife and 3 kids stayed in this hotel due to snow in Jordan while they needed to go to the airport next day and I believed it would be better they are accommodated in a hotel on a main road with easy access to airport street. They felt at home! Staff , in special the reception manager did whatever... More

The room reeks of cigarette. It was huge with a sitting room. The room was cold and there was not heating when we stayed. There was a fridge stocked with drinks and tib bits but we did not eat any. There is no price list so possibly it's free. My friend had dirty bed sheets. There was free wifi, minimal... More

One night stay in this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable enough. There are shops nearby such as mini mart is just behind on the right if you are facing the hotel. USD is widely accepted even at the mini marts. Both buffet dinner and breakfast are good!
