An excellent hotel for business meetings and seminars, great stuff always available for your help and Assitance. Ask for Abdulrahman on the reception he will always gives you the right answer for your questions and will solve your problems "if any" with a smiley face.

Stayed at the hotel only for a night the day before catching my flight out of Amman but had a great stay. The hotel is small and cosy, rooms are spacious and very nice. The staff are very accommodating and the food is excellent, not much variety but whatever they had tasted devine, especially the pasta I had for dinner!... More

Looked good - large room, decent bed. The service was fine. Lack of a desk in the room was baffling for a business hotel. Wifi was intermittent and the gym facilities basic. The location is inconvenient. The theory is decent but they haven't quite pulled it off.

We were three adults staying at this hotel. We called the front desk regarding a problem with our toilet after our evening arrival and someone came to our room right away. Unable to remedy the problem, workers were scheduled to come early the following morning and they were able to fix it. One of the people working at the hotel,... More

The Amman International Hotel is situated near the University in an area without much of interest. This means you need a taxi to get where you want to go in Amman. Rooms and breakfast on the average of what we experienced on our tour of Jordan.

Hotel itself is fine. Room was clean and bed was cozy. Kinda hot in the room and the AC didn't seem to work correctly but it was fine. Service in the restaurant was a little slow but our food was very good. We didn't spend much time in the hotel as it was more of a place to sleep and... More

Hello Matt Thank you for your review of our hotel, I have taken note of your comments and I will talk to the staff about the timing of the food, as well as the maintenance department for the AC. My wife and I stayed here for one night after a 4-day tour of Jordan. We departed the country the following day. The room was a bit small but was clean and quiet. The internet was free. The hotel staff allowed us a late checkout (2pm) with no charge. The restaurant was fine and we had both dinner and breakfast... More

The Good: The housekeeping was exceptional. The free wifi was fast and signals were strong across the hotel, the breakfast was ample and tasty, the room in itself was tasteful though sparse, the staff were very helpful and the location was perfect. The bad: The hotel is def. a bit dated, and it shows. I was pretty taken aback by... More

the hotel is quite old, though hygiene, food and service are good. staff is very customer oriented! since we'd a rental car and the taxi rates (for 3JOD) to city centre cheap the location was ok, two remarks: 1. moskee in the street, 2. own cab service is 3x higher!
