Transferred to this wonderful hotel when I was ill and miserable in transit, having fled from a 'homely old city boutique style hotel' as misleadingly described on Trip Adviser. The Amman International responded to my husbands distress phone call and were superb in their hospitality and management of our situation. Placed immediately in an executive suite with every comfort provided,we... More

Nice and clean hotel away from city centre. Convenient to get away from Amman to either to North or south of Jordan. A short walking distance ( downhill) to nearby eateries and some small shopping places. We were there for 2 nights.. One night when there were more guests, the dinner buffet was much better. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

I would still rate this hotel excellent for all the good things you wish in a hotel property. Rooms are spacious. Linens are crisp. Food is varied and a-plenty, waitresses are cheerful and helpful. One waiter explained to me the ingredients of an Arabian dish when he noticed that I was mindfully staring at it and he encouraged me to... More

We arrived at the Hotel at midnight and had to leave at 8am for our tour. Upon arrival the staff had our room already (basically we took the keys and went straight to our room) which was very efficient, They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very newly renovated, fresh and comfortable with an extremely large... More

Comfortable and very clean room, with a welcoming staff. The room's bathroom seemed new and towels were thick and plentiful. Very nice wooden wardrobe and none of the furniture had nicks or scrapes. Comfortable clean sitting chairs in room and the bed was comfortable with a nice duvet. Easy taxi service. Very good value for money.

The rooms were comfortable but little on size. The location is on a hill and there is not much within walking distance, I had to get taxis. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our last two nights in Jordan. It was a bit overpriced for what it offered, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay there again, though we did have a few issues. We were not told that the heated outside pool was under construction, nor were... More

The staff were friendly. The stay was decent. Breakfast was included. Standard hotel expectations. Checking in & out went smoothly. The Jordanians are definitely very hospitable people. Highly recommend to visit Jordan. The country is safe. The only thing was I left a laptop in my room after I departed and it couldn't be located afterwards by management and staff.... More

We arrived into Amman Queen Alia Airport at 5:30am, if you have an EU Passport you can buy your visa in arrivals for 40JD / €53 each. (There an ATM there but the change rate is ridiculous so only take out what you need), you can also pay by Visa too. The quickest option for us to reach the hotel... More

I have been in the Amman International Hotel for 10 days - its location was perfect for me since it is only a short distance walk from the University of Jordan where I worked. My room was facing an open field with cats and birds, hence very quiet (can't comment on the noise floor in the rooms vis-à-vis the street).... More
