Hotel is about 50 minutes from the airport. I arrived early hours of the morning and found staff helpful and the bags were taken to my room despite the early hour. My room was clean and comfortable and quite adequate for a two night stay. Teas, coffees and complimentary bottled water provided. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices... More

This hotel is well past its sell by date and would be 3 star if that . The furniture is dated ,damaged and old. The rooms at the front are noisy and the rooms at the back look out onto building sites .The food ,a buffet each night was very average as was the breakfast. Staff were far from friendly... More

Average food, average room, cleaning needs improvement as the moulds in the bathroom are on display. It was non-smoking but the room smells with smoke. Just too far if you think about going for shopping, there was nothing really in the general area.

This hotel was clean but dated. The room did have large sliding doors to a Juliet balcony that overlooked a busy street. Nice for air, but bad for noise. The room was relatively spacious, but the furnishings and decor are very dated. The safe in the room was almost useless. It would not hold an iPad or laptop, but had... More

Eleven of us were on tour and this was our first hotel in Amman, the bedding, sheets and blankets were awful, mattresses were lumpy and rooms were not clean. Registration person was not friendly. Stayed 1 night and thankfully our tour company, Discovery Circle was awesome and able to get us moved to the adjacent hotel, Regency Palace which was... More

We stayed here at the start and end of our tour of Jordan, so the hotel was part of the tour package. The hotel is OK, and so was the buffet breakfast. The rooms are of a reasonable size, if a little dated. You can walk (alongside a busy road) to a shopping area for supplies and restaurants etc. If... More

The room was clean, big, nothing special but it was ok. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the center. We spend two nights there and one more five days after. Everything was acceptable for the price and the country, except of meals (a lack of options) and the staff at the restaurant, which was really rude. Moreover,... More

My wife and I stayed over one night through our pit stop to Petra. We stayed at a spacious room at the end of the corridor facing the school. It was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The decor of the room needs some upgrade including some timber skirting (cant have carpet turning up to be the skirting). The restaurant was good... More

Rooms are big and very comfortable clean and not noisy. Perfect matresses. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and the staff there can't do more for you. If we ever come back to Amman will defenetly stay there. Tip: Take taxis to go everywhere, they are cheap ( in my opinion) but don't forget to tell them to put the meter... More

You don't have a choice if you are with a Tour Group (except to pay more for the whole tour). Look, it's not that bad but it's no better than adequate. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is so-so, and the mattresses leave a lot to be desired. However we found the rooms to be clean and large. BTW it's... More
