This hotel is beautiful and very special. Service is superb and there are always a number of staff standing around waiting to meet any need. I was greeted on arrival each day by name and treated like a queen. Rooms were large, bed huge and very comfortable. Giant bathroom with all the amenities. Love this place. Very expensive but you... We agree, the security is assuring and well received. Check in was easy and flawless. Our suite (an upgrade) was nice...but lacked any personality whatsoever. The walls were (nearly) bare. And you could have been in Boston or Bombay as the decor was indescribable. We've stayed at Four Seasons around the world and this one was in the very bottom... More

Have stayed at the FS Amman (and a couple of other properties) 3-4 times now. You are guaranteed a luxurious stay. PROS Reasonably efficient (room service can take time though) One of the best indoor pools Good food Great business centre (choice of Macs or PCs) CONS No warmth...almost robotic (which is surprising for Jordan) Infrastructure can creak - the... The service was good, but a bit awkward - as someone commented, the staff should relax a bit. I was impressed by the phone at the airport that provided a direct line to the hotel - I spoke with a concierge who told me the taxi cost to the hotel and made a dinner reservation for me. When checking in,... More

Security and Meet and Greet were friendly and efficent, and as a frequent regional business traveller, I had no concerns about passing through metal detectors or my bags undergoing xray screening upon each arrival; it was nice to see Security personnel doing their jobs in a pleasent and efficent manner. The suites were great, beds simply heaven and reception staff... More

I expect a Four Seasons Hotel to meet a high level of presentation, amenity and comfort and this one was no exception. However, the thing I remember most about Four Seasons Amman is the staff. They were all so friendly, efficient and helpful to a person. It is not possible to fault any of them. We used Amman as a... More

This is a very elegant and beautiful hotel, probably the best in Amman. We found a really useful site (www.ammansnob.com) where we could find the best hotels and restaurants, (so helpful during our 1 week stay). The restaurants at Four Seasons were excellent and the spa was a dream. You won't be disappointed!

It was the service that stood out in the end, Starting at airport pickup, Amman Airport is under construction. It is nasty crowded. It has multiple security checkpoints, and lines are slow. The airport car pickup was where expected, very comfortable, and the driver spoke English well. The drive to the hotel took about 45 minutes, It is interesting to... More

Coming from the Four Seasons Cairo Nile Plaza, this property is not as good. I'm not sure why everything is not at a higher caliber. We were met at the airport and assisted with getting our visas. They have a private lounge at the airport to wait while the driver gets the luggage. You have to walk through a metal... More

First off, I immediately give one star off for not having free wireless in the rooms. Any hotel that can't give you free wireless (especially at this price point) deserves a star off in my opinion, as even my little local coffee shop can give free wireless, the Days Inn gives free wireless, there's no reason that Four Seasons can't...
