A nice hotel but nothing to do in the area You need to take a taxi and know in advance where you want to go Breakfest and dinner are good but nothing special. Quit hotel with a +/- good view of Amman in the night

I visited this hotel with my children. We arrived late but in time to catch the dinner. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The interior décor is beautiful. There is buffet breakfast and dinner served, fruits, salads and sweets. Beds were comfortable with good sleep quality. Hotel is always full. There was a shop across the road where you... More

This hotel was booked as part of a package tour to Amman and Jerusalem. We were hesitant to accept the hotel as there were many very average reviews on Tripadivisor and other locations. In the end we decided to go with the hotel. The hotel was fine in all respects, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant was good.... More

Good spacious rooms, good food, good arrangement, good sleep, friendly staff are some of the positives of the hotel. Free Wifi or even paid internet access is not available in the room. Limited Wifi access is available in the lobby. But cannot trust - wifi may or may not be available.

Location of this hotel is very good. It is close , very close to downtown Amman. They have a great gym facility, really a great one. Food is okay but not so much of healthy options. Wifi is bad , even if you pay for it. I went there for a training that was arranged at their training facility, the... More

I moved to this because of its convenient location near the hospital where my wife had a one day procedure. We wanted to be very close to the hospital and a friend of mine recommended this hotel to us. It was really a great choice. Very quiet, clean, great value for money and friendly staff. Free wi-fi was available at... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to our Holy Land pilgrimage in May 2014. Average but better than some hotels. No free wifi in the room and lobby and they charge too much for wifi. The breakfast was acceptable although there were no fresh fruits. The rooms are big enough , clean, and decent.

We had to overnight in Amman en route to Jeruselam. We are in a group of 13 people from Malaysia and Singapore. Our Tour Agent booked us at the Amman Cham Palace. My wife, son and I were offered a double room, converted into a triple by converting the sofa into a sofa bed. With the third bed in place,... More

As mentioned by others, this hotel, as do many others, caters to bus tours - lots of people descending on the lobby and on the dining room en masse. I have no complaints about the hotel. Some missed free WiFi - but since my bus had it, no great loss. The room was fine with more than adequate room, a... More
