We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to our Holy Land pilgrimage in May 2014. Average but better than some hotels. No free wifi in the room and lobby and they charge too much for wifi. The breakfast was acceptable although there were no fresh fruits. The rooms are big enough , clean, and decent.

We had to overnight in Amman en route to Jeruselam. We are in a group of 13 people from Malaysia and Singapore. Our Tour Agent booked us at the Amman Cham Palace. My wife, son and I were offered a double room, converted into a triple by converting the sofa into a sofa bed. With the third bed in place,... More

As mentioned by others, this hotel, as do many others, caters to bus tours - lots of people descending on the lobby and on the dining room en masse. I have no complaints about the hotel. Some missed free WiFi - but since my bus had it, no great loss. The room was fine with more than adequate room, a... More

Just stayed one night on arrival into Jordan. Bit grumpy on reception. Nice room though. Good food. Shame about the (expensive) charge for the internet. Internet charges just annoy people. Shame they haven't banned smoking in public places as the thick smoke in the lobby stopped me from purchasing said internet time. Sadly smoking in public places is a problem... More

My wife and I stayed concluding our Jordan trip, at Amman sham. First of all the location shown on the tripadvisor map is incorrect. It is no where near where it is marked on the map. The hotel staff is not friendly. We carried our own bags. dinner n breakfast both were buffets and did not have a decent selection... More

Room given was great and clean. There were 3 persons in our group, and we were given a room with a king bed and a foldable bed. The foldable bed was connected the sofa, hence it was slightly uncomfortable. Food served at the hotel's restaurant was great, surprisingly. Wifi was not free, hence those who required Internet connection had to... More

Eh… That’s about the best review I can give. This place hosts a lot of tour groups (including mine) and that’s what they cater to. We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our tour of Jordan. The room was actually quite large and clean (at least the first room we had was), so that was great. Bed was... More

The hotel was booked as part of a total Jordon travel deal and we were "upgraded" to this hotel as there had been complaints about the one they used to deal with. If any one pays the quoted J$140 for a room they would be very disappointed but I suspect the real rate paid is a lot less. The rooms... More
