I stayed there for a conference. Very comfortable rooms and service.. You get what you can expect from a Marriot. For me the delight was the so called: library / lounge"... more like a bar...but we sat there with colleagues, and eat one of the best steaks I had in years.

This hotel keep Marriot good quality both for facility and service, also safety. Which keep high level standard,as a gold member, keep good happy hour service and all staff keep really welcome. Just business center one business man is not good, which just care for money. In Jordan downtown,Marriot obsolutely is good hotel.

Standard business hotel in a hilly part of town with several hotels and more being constructed. After a good night's sleep, the city tour with a private car the next day took in all the touristy sites including the US embassy (no pictures! ). Signing up for a bespoke itinerary was essential when we were on a tight schedule.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. We had a huge room/suite with a very comfortable bed. Service was excellent. Buffet breakfast in the morning has a very large selection of both Middle Eastern and Western food. The executive lounge was smaller at this Marriott than some of the other Marriotts we have been to and the selection of food... More

The hotel is a very good five star property. The staff in this hotel is magnificent. Very friendly, very helpful. They obviously gave a fantastic training program and encourage their staff to do well. They promote within the ranks and encourage self improvement. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nicely appointed. The actual bath tub is a little outdated and to... More

When we arrived we were allocated an ordinary room which was what we had booked. The room was small and at reception's suggestion we upgraded the following day, at considerable expense to ourselves, to a club room which was so much more roomy. It also gave us access to the club lounge which we enjoyed for drinks during the day... More

We really enjoyed our night in the Marriott. Room was a good size and the bars and restaurants on the 1st floor were great. It was really good to be able to smoke indoors again, although I didn't in the restaurant.

We are on an invitation from Jordan Tourism and happened to stay in this hotel.Stayed in a base category room.It is atypical business hotel with no bath tubs and size of bathrooms are normal and nothing special to mention.Staff are friendly and cooperative.Amman is basically a expensive destinations for Indians due to currency conversion.
