Worst Marriott experience among the many I've had in the last few weeks and months. Noisy hotel-hosted private parties until midnight three of the last four nights. Daytime noise from exterior reconstruction (not mentioned on website). Can't watch the UEFA Cup game because it's only on in the Champions lounge with its standing room only crowd of chain smokers. helpfull staff not very much in the centre but anyway all visits are done by taxi. food is very nice. rooms have sq m enough but not very warm deco. gym and souna ok. liked our 3 night stay! more

I booked through Marriott website using a special rate, which I am entitled to use. Upon arrival to the hotel, they informed me that they had changed my rate, due to upjusting of rates for 2008. I refused, and showed the confirmation with my original rate, and told the clerk that they are not allowed to change rates without notice.... more
