We stayed at the Intercontinental overnight after driving back from Petra and having a very late 1am flight we needed to have a late check-out. Check –in. All went accordingly to plan and on confirmation we received the room we had booked via the hotel web site. Room – Our room 571 (non smoking) was called a Club King Room... more

We stayed here the night we arrived in Jordan and again the night before we left. Both times the front desk was efficient without being spectacular - checkout was a bit of a wait the first time. The rooms (not large for US standards, but plenty big for the region, as we learned during the rest of our trip) were... more

I stay at the InterCon in Amman quite frequently, it is a beautiful hotel for the area. The front desk staff and bellman are very nice and efficient. The rooms are comfortable but DO NOT have a problem. I had a horrible experience in the Lebanese restaurant.....the worst service ever to the point where I went back to my room... more

Dear Mr. Greenard, Thank you for your note and feedback. We did indeed receive your note further to your unfortunate experience at our Burj El Hammam and have made numerous attempts at contacting you regarding this. I have sent you a message regarding this issue as the email address we have in our files for you appears to be incorrect....

The Amman Intercontinental is a beautiful hotel with many amenities. The beds were comfy and upon arrival, there was a lovely fruit plate waiting for us. Be sure to check about an included breakfast and follow through immediately if you are unnecessarily charged. There is a vast array of food at the breakfast buffet, but it is about $30 if... more

Dear Orchidpat, Thank you for your positive review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. For next time, as you appear to enjoy Arabic food, may I recommend our very own Burj El Hammam - the best Lebanese restaurant in town and as it does open at 7pm, you don't have to wait too late to enjoy...

The service at this hotel is great!!! They even cleaned our clothes for free. We had free wi fi and bottled water and fruit in the rooms. The hotel staff is amazing, nice and professional. We had a free breakfast everyday and the pool and work out room is grand. There are 5 restaurants to choose from in the hotel... more

We stayed one night in Amman, and that was enough. This is a 5 star business hotel with small rooms and no character. If we were going to Amman again, I would stay elsewhere. more

I stayed at this hotel for one night only, as I was coming up from Petra / Wadi Rum and had an early flight out the next morning. I had a coupon for a free night and decided to use it at this hotel. Having only heard good things about the IC hotel chain in general, and can honestly say... more

We stayed here with a delegation for four nights. This is a solid luxury hotel that tries hard. The people in the service side of the house were consistently good and the rooms are nice. See if you can get breakfast included in the rate. They have cappucino for no extra cost. Pay the extra money to upgrade to the... more

Spent six nights in Amman on business, and needed a hotel that was well-located. Turns out that getting around Amman by metered taxi is very cheap, and the hotel is a JD 20-25 cab ride from the international airport. I chose the InterCon in West Amman as I'm enrolled on their Gold Ambassador program. This is well worth the $150... more
