Stayed in the HI for 12 nights, while on business, from the 12th May. Having pre read the earlier reviews I was a little sceptical of the hotel and concerned about the noise. All I can say is it just goes to show how people see things differently, as I can only praise the hotel for the standard of room... more

This is definitively not a 5-star hotel as it is listed. It would be a 3-4 star hotel in North America. It was clean. The staff was nice. It was ordinary – just what a Holiday Inn is like. The most interesting thing about the hotel was the shepard tending his flock of sheep in the field across the street... more

This is the first time I've had something stolen from my room, in this case it was a shirt - when I looked in the wardrobe, it was no longer there. A mystery. The hotel agreed to compensate me, but that wasn't really the point. Another problem - the swimming pool was out of action, nothing on the website actually... more

I booked this hotel stay using Priority Club points, so I guess I got what I paid for. I stayed one night in here so that I could catch an early morning flight out of Amman. I was reasonably pleased with my room, which was spacious (although lacking tea/coffee facilities, which was unfortunate). However, there was one huge problem--my room,... more

On March 2006 we decided to visit Jordan and selected Holiday Inn Amman following the recommendations of our travel agent in Athens. We have been very disappointed by the services that this international hotel offered. The only good thing of the rooms was that they were spacious. However, the sheets, the pillowcases or even some bath towels had spots on... more

It's suppose that Holiday Inn is a five stars hotel, but not. It is very noisy, all the nigths there is a wedding in the terrace, and the music can be heared from all the rooms, even if you are in the highest flat. The summing pool close at six o'clock, and nobody can use it later (because they are... more

I stayed at the HI for a week on business and found it a perfectly acceptable place. My room was on the executive floor (nothing too special to distinguish it from other rooms, apart from a fax machine). It was clean, large and comfortable. I liked the fact that there were a variety of restaurants within the hotel to chose... more

I was scheduled for a stay for one night, away for two nights, and returning for four. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel was sold out the first night and so I was sent to the Intercontinental. This was acceptable and understandable. The situation on my first night's stay was handled professionally and amicably. Upon my return stay I... more
