The hotel is close to the historical sites to visit in Amman with good value restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and the manager Ibrahim is very helpful and can organise group tours at great value across the country. Clean rooms and bathroom, there is a nice big terrase upstairs. Thanks Ibrahim for being so nice and helpful during my... More

For the price this place is the best. It's very well located, clean, friendly, and Ibrahim is the most helpful man I've ever met. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Ibrahim I believe owns the hotel, and he is the nicest guy ever. Anything you need he will go way out of his way to make sure you're helped with whatever... More

I just left after a three night stay with my teenaged son and we couldn't be happier. It is smack dab in the middle of downtown so you can walk everywhere. It's a short walk to the citadel, the coliseum, Rainbow Street and the Souk by the King Hussein Mosque. Staff are welcoming, friendly and always eager to help with... More

The location is very central, and the famous Hashem Restaurant is only 2-minute walk. The staff was very helpful, trying to answer all questions or provide any information you need. Nice room with good facilities. Good Wifi connection is a plus.

After alerting roughly 15 hours beforehand that I would not be arriving on the flight and would need to re-schedule, manager charged no-show for the room and sent a van to pick up at the airport anyway, then charged me! In addition, you cannot pay online or before you stay. Nor was it the case that I was left in... More

I chose this hotel based on the strong reviews for a downtown hotel. When comparing to other popular downtown hotels it was 100% non smoking and clean which was what I wanted. Its in a perfect location in Downtown, just 15 minutes walk from the Roman Theatre, three minutes walk from Hashem and a five minute taxi journey for the... More

The staff, Abraheim, was absolutely great; the hostel where I had planned to stay was somehow fully booked but Ala and Abraheim helped me out! Abraheim directly made me feel at home in this big city. The hotel is located in the middle of the city centre, bust as soon as you will arrive the reception and talk to the... More

Elias has done a top job with The Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and clean! Pros: Great location amidst the hustle of downtown Amman (only a 15 minute walk to the Roman Theatre and Hashimete Square), no shortage of tasty restaurants very close by (bottle shop just up the street), back rooms are quiet... The owner of the hotel is very friendly, he was kind enough to help us with our route. He even suggested new places we can visit. His recommendation to visit Wadi Rum was very helpful. The rooms are clean, I recommend that you book the room with the private bathroom. The rooms were also equipped with air conditioning so we... More

The owner of the hostel is friendly and can write down thing is arabic for you. This is sometimes necessary because some cab drives don't speak English. I slept in the dorm room which was quite hot inside, so we slept with the window open, but then we got a lot of noise from the street inside. Also, the dorm... More
