Elias has done a top job with The Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and clean! Pros: Great location amidst the hustle of downtown Amman (only a 15 minute walk to the Roman Theatre and Hashimete Square), no shortage of tasty restaurants very close by (bottle shop just up the street), back rooms are quiet... The owner of the hotel is very friendly, he was kind enough to help us with our route. He even suggested new places we can visit. His recommendation to visit Wadi Rum was very helpful. The rooms are clean, I recommend that you book the room with the private bathroom. The rooms were also equipped with air conditioning so we... More

The owner of the hostel is friendly and can write down thing is arabic for you. This is sometimes necessary because some cab drives don't speak English. I slept in the dorm room which was quite hot inside, so we slept with the window open, but then we got a lot of noise from the street inside. Also, the dorm... More

Budget hotel but loved the clean and spacious en-suite room. Was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but I had a problem on the border thus appeared on the second day, and they only charged me 50% for my absent. The best part was the manager who was really helpful and friendly. When he saw me killing my time at... More

We only stayed in Amman a very short time, but wanted to review this hotel as the manager was really friendly and helpful. We arranged an airport pick up through the hotel, which all went smoothly. After checking-in, the manager gave us tea and local recommendations for nearby restaurants and chatted to us. It was a really nice start to... More

I stayed in the Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in the Amman summer. The rooms were cool, comfortable and clean. The manager was kind and friendly, keen to help out with directions and give local advise, and tea was always on offer. Good location in downtown Amman, a short walk from Rainbow Street and close to the citadel

It's been some time since I've stayed somewhere that combines all the elements that I, as a hard core tourist, need for that perfect break. I was only in the country for two days, to test the water, and the wonderful guys who run this place were heaven sent. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable, great air conditioning and the... We stayed in the hotel for four nights, with one night in between stayed in Pella. The manager Elias was extremely friendly and helpful. He kindly allowed us to leave the luggage in the hotel while we travelled to Jerash and north and stayed in Pella for the night, and when we were back the next day, our luggage was... More

You won't find a better place to stay in Amman! Elias is such a dear sweet man who genuinely cares for each guest as if they were his children. Super helpful and kind. Also the hotel is immaculate and beautifully appointed. Rooms are on the tight side, but super comfortable and the location cannot be beat. I highly recommend it!

Stayed here for 4 nights and the service was excellent. The hotel is at heart of the old city and my room was clean. Elias (the manager) and his wife were very accommodating. I felt so at home and would usually talked to them first when I come back in the afternoon. Elias took me to a taxi stand that is... More
